And all those voters cast their votes in accordance with the laws in place at that time. It's a breathtaking claim, really. Every time a Democrat is elected, we hear the same horror stories about how they will destroy the country and yet, the country does fine. Bush II ran the country into a ditch, and Obama presided over YEARS of economic and employment growth, stock market growth, and handed off a stable, growing economy. Clinton left W. an economy also with years of solid growth across the board in jobs, GDP, markets. So why would a rational person believe the scare mongers about how Democrats are going to ruin the country? There is no evidence of it being true. That's false, actually. If SCOTUS granted the relief sought by Texas, the entire election would have been thrown to Congress. Read the lawsuit if you're confused about this.

And the thing is no court held that any votes in PA were "illegal", several decisions upheld the voting scheme in PA, and the Texas lawsuit didn't ask to throw out just a few thousand votes, cast by voters according to the LAW in place at that time, but the ENTIRE PA and Presidential election.
