and look at now....
Indeed. We have the US taking the lead on challenging Russia's attempt at taking over an independent nation not through direct involvement, but through leveraging our allies to help fund the fight against territorial expansion. As for the situation in Israel, what makes you think it wouldn't have happened under a Trump administration?

Dems are fine with coronations involving no voter participation. We well understand that. We might not agree with it or choose to engage in it ourselves, but we won't be at all surprised if, going forth, Dems will watch polls and boot as a regular procedure whenever polls look really concerning to them.
Yes. The democrats do seem intent on winning. In 2024 and the future.

Disappointing for MAGAs, I know.

I don't usually care for these things, but that was a seriously good time last night.

As I said in another thread; MO was FIRE ! and although BO was great he followed a tough act.

The Obamas sold their party, and attempted to sell the country, a false bill of goods last night. I guess some would say they were on fire. Most who are really paying attention would call it......

No, they actually weren't. During his tenure Putin was funding Donbas separatists in Ukraine, HAMAS was still firing rockets at Israel, the Chinese were flexing in the South China Sea, North Korea was testing missiles, and the Taliban repeatedly violated the terms of the Trump negotiated Doha Agreement by attacking Afghan government forces.

OK, but did those things get better or worse under Biden?

And you're the people who are weirdly complaining about MAGAS, instead of holding your candidate responsible for her lack of transparency with the press.
Don't tell me that she doesn't have the time either. She has the time but won't give them the time of day by design. And it's not by her own design. She's being gagged by her handlers. Pathetic.
More MAGA complaining.

🤷‍♀️

Worry about your guy. Maybe send him more ketchup or buy some of his Bibles or something.

That’s not what happened during the Biden/Trump debate, but you be you. Trump’s proposed policy changes may be some very weak (even counterproductive) stuff, but at least they exist.
Trump proposed something, eh? Now, who would believe anything a pathological liar says? You be you.

Um, no. Harris was already on the ticket as the VP candidate, meaning voters chose the ticket that featured her as the person who would lead the nation if the president were not able to.

We well understand that.
It doesn't seem you do.

If that were to happen then you'd have a point, but right now it's just speculation. What the Democrats failed miserably at was factoring in polling showing their voters had an issue with his age, but at that stage the support for Biden was still coming in, so there was no real argument for switching candidates.

How are they going to win when 70% of the country believes the economy to be getting worse? And now we learned that 818,000 jobs suddenly vanished and weren't really created by Harris and Biden.
How do you reconcile this?

Why didn't you worry about your guy, when you had Joe. Nothing but Trump complaints now and then. Talk about being hypocritical.

Hmm… perhaps, that it didn’t.

IMO the Democrats are pulling out all the stops in their controlled media to convince people Kamala is the best choice for the nation. A woman who has a temper per her own staff, who are frequently replaced or opting to quit. A woman who is openly espousing socialist polices like "price control" and expanding government give-away programs. Along with printing more money which will only lead to more inflation.

The whole point is to use identity politics (race/sex) and lies to win the election by any means necessary.

They got worse, but the challenge for folks making this claim is what did Biden do to make those situations worse, and thus far no one has made that connection,

The botched surrender in Afghanistan and allowing Iran to get more funding to its proxies certainly contributed to emboldening those ‘forces of evil’.

I gave it a B because of the night before the last three speakers. Those three each knocked it out of the park.

I don’t see a problem with switching out a candidate if one is not viable going forward.

A win is a win.

Deflection.

It's telling that you won't hold Kamala responsible for her lack of transparency with the press. This is the same thing Democrats did when Biden's handlers refused to allow him to speak to us via the press, away from the teleprompter. Gave cover for him.
Your team doesn't seem to mind that this is a losing strategy.

Partisan nonsense, but you be you. Why not just say Harris policy positions don’t matter, because Trump is so ‘icky’?
Because I wouldn't and didn't say that.

Harris’s policies obviously matter and her ability to deliver them to large rally and media audiences in an organized, articulate and dynamic manner is an attribute, not a flaw.

Trump should take a note from her playbook. His NABJ appearance was disastrous.

My recommendation would be no news conferences before election day. Media challenges are disruptive to the brand and message.

The people who are fussing over the lack of news conferences don't matter and shouldn't be allowed to distract the campaign's strategy and momentum.
Dang, clearly spoken like a true citizen of a country like Canada!!!!!

Don't ask questions, don't distract, don't ask for or expect transparency. Just accept what we tell you to. You, citizens, are not part of this process.
