The shooter indeed appears to have gotten a substantial award to the University, but dropped after one semester to pursue an Electrician Apprentice program.

Unfortunately, seems like a case of “failure to launch”. I’ve personally known a couple of these individuals. One was a friend that got the same type of scholarship I did to attend the same university and dropped after the first semester because he couldn’t hack it. Another was the daughter of a friend years later - same.

Incredibly smart people. But, the pressure of college just wasn’t something they could rise to meet.

why isn't this believeable? in-fighting happens all the time inside groups. "the right" is a collection of disparate beliefs held by tens of millions of people, many of them passionate (just like the left of course), and everyone has access to firearms.

1 shot, from 200 yards away, clean kill, left no traces, evaded security footage, we'll likely never catch who did this.
