>Russian Lt. General Yaroslav Moskalik was killed when a car bomb exploded as he walked past in Balashikha, a city just outside the capital, Moscow, authorities confirmed. The attack came as U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff arrived in Moscow to discuss with Russian President Vladimir Putin his peace proposals for ending the war on Ukraine, a fragile process where a lack of progress and the actions of both sides have frustrated President Donald Trump.<

Well now, it couldn't be a FSB false flag operation with US Envoy Steve Witkoff in Moscow could it?

And the Kremlin doesn't care enough about Witkoff to stop bombing Ukrainian cities while Witkoff makes palsy-walsy with Putin.

>Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with US President Donald Trump on April 26. Both leaders are in Rome to attend the funeral of Pope Francis, according to the President's Press Secretary Serhii Nikiforov. Sky News, citing sources in the Vatican, reported that Zelenskyy and Trump agreed to meet after the Pope’s funeral. It is known that the US President will not stay in Rome for long. According to the schedule, Trump is set to head to the airport at 1:50 PM Kyiv time. This is the first in-person meeting between Zelenskyy and Trump after their clash in the Oval Office.<

Well I hope Mr. Zelenskyy gave DonOld the straight poop.... no trading Ukrainian land for any Trumpian "deal".

>For the first time, Russia publicly recognized the participation of North Korean troops in the war against Ukraine. Russian Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov states that they are fighting against the Ukrainian Defense Forces in the Kursk region, according to Russian media.<

Well, no shit. Chinese "volunteers" are also fighting with the Russians.

>The United States has failed to persuade Ukraine and Europe to make radical concessions to Russia in negotiations to end the war. According to CNN, Rubio’s withdrawal was triggered by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s refusal to accept the recognition of Russia’s occupation of Crimea — one of the key elements in Trump’s “final proposals.” On April 22, Zelenskyy stated that he was open to negotiations with Russia, but Ukraine would not accept any deal that recognized Russia’s control over Crimea.<

As it should be. The invader should not be rewarded. There are significant differences between the American vision on one side and the Ukrainian-European one on the other. In order to get a deal done quickly, Trump demands that Ukraine capitiulate. But Trump demands no concessions of Russia. Trump said that a BIG RUSSIAN CONCESSION was that Moscow not capture all of Ukraine. Is Trump living in the real world? Russia cannot even capture the Ukrainian town of Pokrovsk despite trying to do so for the past 9 months.

I hope to see many more car bombs to come, Russian leaders need to know they have no safe haven. Russian civilians need to learn the same lesson. Bomb the Bolshoi!

Ukraine would never fall IF Trump supplied Ukraine with weapons as robustly as he supplies Israel with weapons.

But counteracting Putin is the last thing Trump wants to do.

Stop with the MAGA posturing. You care about the war like Mike Johnson cares. Zilch. Only and strictly for political reasons.

It's odd that you Pro-Putin folks never advocate for the easiest end to this war..... the Russian military returns to Russia!

How novel a solution is that!
Ukraine does not have a major base in the public of Trump's homeland, NYC. Nor in the MSM headquartered there. That is the only plausible explanation of why Israel gets whatever it wants and Ukraine goes begging. Oh, that and Trump's ambition for Trump Tower Moscow.

How many nations have their military in 80 other nations? No other country comes close. The UK has permanent presence in 145 bases in 42 countries or territories -- and remember, before WW1, they had the largest empire in the World. Russia has 21 bases in about 7 nations, while France has 15 bases in about 10 nations, although its reduced its foreign footprint. So yes, we have an empire that dominates foreign nations.

You didn't understand a thing i posted.

Shocker.

The Royal Navy has 25 major combat ships, including:
• 2 aircraft carriers
• 6 guided missile destroyers
• 8 frigates
• 9 nuclear-powered submarines (4 ballistic missile subs and 5 attack subs)

Don't forget:
  • 3 French Hens
  • 2 Turtle Doves
  • a partridge in a pear tree.

NHL player gives Trump a Twitter slap over his Ukraine policy
(Note: This is the same hockey player which i reported recently had claimed receiving death threats from Putin's doppelganger Medvedev)

"Tonight, Russia killed at least 9 people and injured 63 in Ukraine again. And at the same time, the Am. president (Donald Trump) is unable to condemn these terrible crimes," Hasek wrote on X. "He is unable to do everything to ensure that the greatest criminal of our time, Putin, is tried for his terrible crimes. He is unable to negotiate the high thousands of billions of Euros that Russia must pay Ukraine for all the terrible things it has done to Ukraine and its people.

Donald Trump did not write The Art of the Deal. That book was ghost-written by journalist Tony Schwartz.

Schwartz called ghost-writing the book his "greatest regret in life, without question," and both he and the book's publisher, Howard Kaminsky, alleged that Trump had played no role in its writing. Trump has given conflicting accounts on the question of authorship.[4][7]

>Russian authorities have detained a "Ukrainian special services agent" accused of planting explosives in a car that killed a senior Russian general on Friday, Moscow's FSB security agency has said. Russia's FSB—the country's main domestic security service succeeding the Soviet-era KGB—said on Saturday it had detained Ignat Kuzin, described by the agency as a Ukrainian spy. "There is reason to believe that Ukrainian special services were involved in the murder. Kuzin is a "resident of Ukraine," the FSB said, claiming he planted a homemade explosive device in a Volkswagen Golf which was then detonated remotely from Ukrainian territory, according to Russian media.<

Russia's FSB had to charge someone. Ignat Kuzin does not sound like a Ukrainian name. In 2015 he was registered in the Karachay-Cherkessia region of the North Caucasus.

>Pro-Ukrainian partisans said on Sunday they had "destroyed" equipment along a railway running through the eastern Ukrainian Luhansk region, in the latest of claimed attacks by Kyiv-aligned operatives against Russia. Atesh, a pro-Ukrainian partisan group active in Crimea and other parts of Russian-controlled Ukrainian territory, said on Sunday its members had "destroyed" transformer equipment along the railway used by Russian troops to transport troops and supplies close to the town of Stanytsia Luhanska. The Atesh movement said it was "systematically" targeting transport infrastructure used by Moscow in Russian-held areas.<

Atesh (Fire) disrupts Russian military/logistical transport in the Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Crimea oblasts.

>The father of an American who died while fighting for Russian forces in Ukraine has described his son as an anti-establishment champion who "would not hurt a flea." Michael Gloss, 21, was killed while in Ukraine's Donetsk region last April. Father Larry Gloss stated that Michael struggled for most of his life with mental illness.<

My condolences to the Gloss family.

>US President Donald Trump suggested that Russian President Vladimir Putin does not want to end the war in Ukraine. The American leader said that Putin had no reason to shell Ukraine in recent days. "There was no reason for Putin to be shooting missiles into civilian areas, cities, and towns over the last few days. It makes me think that maybe he doesn’t want to stop the war; he’s just tapping me along, and he has to be dealt with differently.<

No shit Sherlock.

Exactly how a Russian military installation should look like: in pieces

>North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has said for the first time that the country has deployed troops to Kursk, calling them "heroes" and describing their role in the operation to push Ukrainian forces out of the Russian region a "sacred mission." "They who fought for justice are all heroes and representatives of the honor of the motherland," North Korean state news agency KCNA reported Monday on the same day that Russian President Vladimir Putin publicly thanked Kim for his help.<

Cannon fodder.

>Russia has launched its largest wave of strikes on Ukraine since Thursday, when President Donald Trump urged his Russian counterpart to halt attacks on Moscow's neighbor, according to an independent investigative Russian news outlet. Russia attacked Ukraine's Zhytomyr, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Donetsk, Sumy and Cherkasy regions with 149 drones on Sunday night. It marked the largest attack on the country since Trump urged Putin to stop military actions on Thursday, news site Agentstvo reported.<

I think Putin's favorite past-time is pissing all over Donald Trump. But then again, rumors persist that Trump paid Russian prostitutes to piss on him during his visit to Moscow in 1987.

From a self-propelled Bohdana to a NATO FH70 howitzer, RBC-Ukraine journalists spent two days at the 44th Brigade's artillery positions. A report from the front line, where Ukrainian artillerymen are holding back Russia's advance in the Zaporizhzhia sector. A good read.

>The exact terms of his plan have not been published, but reports suggest it would include the US recognising Crimea as a legal part of Russia - de jure in Latin. For Trump, Ukraine's southern peninsula was "lost years ago" and "is not even a part of discussion" in peace talks. But for Zelensky to renounce Crimea as an indivisible part of Ukraine would be unconscionable.

Lets see if this ceasefire lasts more than 10 minutes

Russia declares unilateral ceasefire in Ukraine for May 8-10

https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2025/4/28/russia-declares-unilateral-two-day-ceasefire-in-ukraine
They don't want any bad news on May 9th. Like something important turning into a crater within earshot of the parade.

Ukraine's position should be that no cease fire of less than 30 days should be considered, and that any exceptions void that ceasefire.

Time to lick their wounds, reorganize, resupply, buy more scooters, drink more vodka. Dah, is good for Boris and Natasha is good for heroic dumb shit cannon fodder.
