It's not communist to dislike our SC handing a decision to states to procure their religious laws. There's a ton of lawsuits over it, it's not just my hurt feelings. Recently I came to the conclusion that "social justice", which is the lefts catch phrase for revenge for just about any reason. Beating them in the polls, beating them in the.debate, and most of all, beating them in court. That Supreme Court decision was a foregone conclusion because it was BAD LAW, not because the Republicans wanted to piss you off, although that was a nice bonus. But here we are, having to nurse your butthurt asses. I am scared to death that some libtard will kill Thomas or Kavanaugh just to give the Biden hole a chance to appoint his own justice. That's the way they do things. We had two years of riots leading up to the last election caused by leftwit groups, and YOU are butthurt about Jan 6, a picnic by comparison. Then the leftwits stack the hearings with Democrats

I'm assuming you're a women if you know so much about reproductive care.

Show me the scientific explanation for the law? You can't because there isn't any. It's different depending on your faith, or lack of there of. Therefore, making a law based on what religious corporations deem the start of life is a moral, religious law and will ensue lawsuit after lawsuit using the 1st Amendment.

Are you saying that the rights anti abortion laws are because they don't want to pay for it like we do all other health services when someone is poor in this country, if they qualify? So, you think welfare, and social security are also communist policy?
Based on this, our country has been under commie rule for decades, regardless of president.

Otherwise, nobody is asking you to pay for it, but with these new anit abortion laws they will be using tax payer money to pay for prenatal care, labor and delivery, and of course the child nobody could afford but had to keep. If she gives it up for adoption you'll pay for that. That's 29 or 49 thousand compared to 1000. Talk about a price hike!

Even if she has her own insurance, everyone insurance rates for pregnancy will go up now because abortion is a hell of lot cheaper to cover than prenatal care, labor and delivery. A hundred times or more expensive. That leaves me with the conclusion it's not about saving money. It's the paybacks for these governments facial backers, whom happen to be very Christian, and anti abortion.


Oil and fracking tycoons from Texas have funded some of the most radical conservative political candidates, trying to replace public education with Christian based schooling, and abortion laws.

Don't act like this was put on a ballot and voted on. You know it wasn't. You know the majority of America wanted it left alone. Why would the court change course on a 50 year old decision the majority of Americans wanted? Because they could, and the desire was there wrapped in conservative religious value, that's why.

What did you ask me for an explanation for if you were just going to ignore it? No, the repeal of Roe wasn't based on what some "religious corporation" decreed, it was based a correction of bad law. So the mechanisms in place for butchering babies will go back to the states and they will see to it that someone will kill your kid.

You've known a pregnant woman doesn't quality, seriously, men should stay out of it. If you cared about a pregnant woman you wouldn't be ok with her suffering or dying from pregnancy complications and you'd be aware of that as part of our reproductive healthcare, including the abortion procedure.

No, I did not ignore it. I just understand it. Roe vs wade was a decision, not a law. It was a decision courts have held for decades because they recognized women's rights. They handed it to Republican held states because they're frothing at the mouth to make religious laws, because of their donors. You can look this up as easy as anyone can. I'd link a bunch but you prefer to have a "convo" without them, probably because you can't prove a lick of what you say.

I can tell by your rhetoric you think abortion is just for "killing babies", which is again, ignorant as ****, therefore, you think life begins at conception. Tell me, what scientific reason do you have for that? That's a religious theory. That's a law based on a religious theory, that only a few hold, namely Christian extremists.

I'm not religious, and it doesn't start at conception for me, so this law is unjust, unfair, and will be challenged to death because I'm not the only one, as a matter of fact, I'm in the majority of how this country feels about abortion.

Nobody wants to farm babies in order to get the birthrate up. Only a select few would treat women like farm animals.

I figured you'd reveal your character eventually, and it didn't take long. This is a useless "convo", with another male who knows NOTHING about reproductive care, and has religious theories about conception and when life starts. Feel free to do what YOU want, but making laws around it will be challenged, not whined about, women will be fighting for a long time against this.

You can feel as self righteous and as sexist and as anti-religious as you want to but all you have done is prove my point to me. As it is, the Roe repeal is complete and you will have to have a legitimate reason to bring it back, not just whining, and insulting me won't do it.
