I prefer to have a positive focus on the Lakers at the Celtics tonite.
 
So sick and tired of ESPN coddling and pimping Boston. OKC goes into the Garden and beats them all the while the talk is all about this being a preview for the finals. Don't think so you arrogant clowns.

Might want to check the Eastern Division standings.

I’ll admit to muting tv sound and going to Sirius radio.
I caught much of that OKC/BOS game on BOS radio.
AM, FM, or Sirius are great with a muted tv like in college in the ‘70s.
The difficulty is to get radio and tv to align with each other in time.

While BOS announcers were homers, they were classy when praising OKC.
Like Shai being “smooth as silk” from the brother doing color.

(At this moment, that game is being replayed 2nd half now on NBA TV.)

When the Cavs started the season 15-0, I flew to Boston and saw the Celtics win by 3 points. A game whereby all star Darius Garland went 3-19 from the floor.

At this point, I want to see a 4 game Cleveland sweep over Boston in the ECF to shut these people up once and for all.

Similar to what just happened to Jenkins in Memphis less than two weeks ago.
Malone was quite outspoken about what happened at MEM, then he gets it in DEN.
Not the same reasons it seems, one being Ja and the other DEN’s seeming lethargy.
No players in any era respond to Malone’s brutal beratings, especially in public.

The SAC firing in December appears to have worked out, plus their trades.
I’m hearing Denver owners are more concerned with their Arsenal.
They let some good role players around Jokic get away.
3rd thru 8th seeding still up in the air has unsettled DEN’s owners, imho.
 
A certain expert service had Gobert going under 6.5 or 7.5 points and under 16.5 points and rebounds.
He helped finish off the Lakers with 27 points and 24 rebounds.

James will be a year older next season and Luka still wont play defense. The NBA will make sure they get another good player.

Man did I get wordy here.
We used to have a sports guy here named ‘The Man’.

The Lakers always get a guy, sometimes two with Magic and Worthy.
We’ll see how the trades, draft, injuries, contracts, and offseason go.
Baylor and the move to LA sure made that franchise.
I could see DAL going to Vegas if those owners don’t get what they want from Dallas and Texas.

Ant-man at his worst and a left-handed Baylor in Randle plus a robust Gobert.
Teams have evolved into using both bigs a lot together this year.
Kind of like two tight ends for my Bears hopefully.

My MIN ticket to win the west was at one over 149; now it’s at 19.
Small season long plays are cool to watch, like BOS/CLE in finals at 9 to one.
 
Who do the Lakers play next?
 
One of the better and more interesting playoffs so far. Draymond and Gobert have it out for each other and Ant Edwards is hungry. Jokic vs SGA is top ball. The EC is already set up for some potential upsets and upcomers.
 
Who had the Knicks and Pacers up 3 - 1 in the conference semis? Not me.

Go NY, Go NY, Go NY, Go.
