Not sure if you get it... but there’s a really big difference between ‘requesting a zoom call with the Governor’ and ‘filing a lawsuit with evidence in court’.

For one thing, you can’t get your law license yanked when you claim bullshit on a zoom call, unlike filing a bad faith lawsuit.

I was not a Libertarian then, I was a disgruntled Republican. Tried the Dem thing once and never did it again.
 
Powell told Lou Dobbs last evening that she'd be filing the lawsuit today, and that it was a "massive document." If you pull up her Twitter feed, I think it's extremely unlikely that's she's bluffing. I'd give her until Friday.
