Those Iranian funds were released, not dispersed, on 11SEP2023. You think Hamas cooked this operation up in less than a month?

Romans named it after them. They were foreigners who came from Greek isles and held Ashkelon and Gaza and were the nemesis of the Jewish people. Romans named the land they conquered from the Jews as Syria Palestina to spite them. Later on came to be known as Palestine. Doesn't have anything to do with the Philistines though, they only held Ashkelon and Gaza.

From what I hear, Israel is going to push the population out of Gaza and occupy it. They will then hunt down Hamas and its leaders, wherever they are, and kill them.

This is going to be like Operation Wrath of God but on a much bigger scale.

At this time, I cannot comment further on that source. Keep watching the news.

I can tell you that Israel has always regretted handing over the Gaza Strip to the Palestinians. If they were ever going to take it back, this is the time to do that. They can justify it based on the attacks emanating from there.

The Third Jewish Revolt (AKA The bar Kokhba War) was from 131-135 CE. The Jews did not stop after the wasting of Judaea and the Sack of Jerusalem in 70 CE. so the Punic precedent failed. History is history. Do you want supporting sources for the three Jewish Revolts against the Romans?
