[W:1] MLB 2025

Yankees might've done the same with Rodon and Fried. Saved for headliner series with Toronto.
All those guys have thrown a lot of innings this season (at least by today's standards) so their teams might have seen this as an extended break.

Yeah, on top of those reasons read Fried is dealing with a blister.

Lots of early day games today
Ball travels better in this heat.
Looks like they’re still giving us the super balls.
I wish MLB would do this more often..
So do the sports books.
Ozzy music on radio led in the bottom of the 1st at wind-out Wrigley.
2-run HR in top of first for KC with Lugo going.

Amazing what happens when Ohtani is dropped in the order.
LD and DT have dropped out of tier one imo, but who is tier one?
Smooth move by the MIL manager to give the Dodgers motivation.

LAD announcers themselves say their ‘hurt’ starting pitchers are all doing rehab and I’ll add sandbagging the IL as they’ve done for de adds.

Aaron Boone and the Yankees' pitching coach both ejected from the Jay's game. Boone's meltdown with the ump was epic!

Tigers and Dodgers having issues scoring runs the last month or so.

Dodgers definitely not firing on all cylinders lately.

Betts OP is way down this year. Freddie and Teoscar are playing with some nagging injuries. Ohtani is hitting for power, but most have been solo's and strike outs have spiked recently. Will Smith is having a great year, but with Ohtani at DH isn't in lineup everyday.

Yeah, there's definitely some of that. If Snell comebacks and stays healthy along with Glasnow and Ohtani they'll be set. Bullpen for the 9th will probably be addressed at deadline.

Glasnow looked great today. Dodgers pulled out the game with 2 out no one on in bottom of 9th rally. Fast Freedie with bases loaded single for the walk off. Clutch!
