This is what I wrote in my post about it: "The massive, long term and daily lies of Trump and MAGA present a clear and present danger to The American Experiment in Democracy. They also amount to shouting "FIRE" in a crowded theater."

I never contradicted as your post attempts disastrously to claim that: "There is no 'fire in a crowded theater' exception to the first [sic] Amendment." I never said there is one.

It is perfectly legal to shout "FIRE" in a crowded theater. Strange as that is, it is a wrongheaded quirk to the First Amendment, in that it allows some crackpot rightwinger to create a panic in a crowded theater in the name of and under the protection of the First Amendment. This is what Trump and MAGAs have been doing since 2015, ie, to exploit democracy to destroy democracy, exploiting the 1A being central to that illegitimate purpose and goal.
