The ignorance in your post is palpable.Pathetic. People with your views are the best thing that has happened to the GOP.

Because the people there pretty much universally oppose the idea of being a part of the United States, for starters.
Democrats typically hard loyal to their party mamdani is a socialist not a Democrat. Socialism doesn't work."Senator Chris Van Hollen, Democrat of Maryland, endorsed Zohran Mamdani for mayor of New York City on Saturday and called on his party’s leadership to do the same, criticizing them for a delay that he said had allowed President Trump to exploit Democratic divisions. Mr. Van Hollen said Mr. Mamdani, the party’s nominee, was focused on “ensuring that people can afford to live in the place where they work,” a goal that “Donald Trump and New York’s financial elites see that as a threat.” “Yet, many Democratic members of the Senate and the House representing New York have stayed on the sidelines,” Mr. Van Hollen told a cheering group of Democratic activists and officials gathered on Saturday afternoon in Des Moines. “That kind of spineless politics is what people are sick of. They need to get behind him and get behind him now.”
In his remarks, Mr. Van Hollen cast the hesitancy of Democratic officials and strategists as a political mistake, particularly at a time when surveys show voters hold very unfavorable perceptions of the Democratic brand. “We’ve become a party that too often trims its sails. Too cautious, too rudderless. Too attached to poll-washed, pundit-rinsed, and donor-dried messages,” he said. “What comes out of the wash is all bleached and blow-dried.”
In his remarks, Mr. Van Hollen cited his involvement in fighting for the return of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, a Maryland man who was wrongfully deported by the Trump administration to El Salvador in the spring. Some in his party, he said, argued that getting embroiled in a fight over a deportation was a “distraction” and potentially politically unpopular, because Mr. Trump’s hard line on immigration had resonated with voters. Mr. Van Hollen saw a different lesson. “This finger in the wind stuff has got to end. We also need to stop deluding ourselves that the problem is all about messaging, or about volume, or style,” he said. “We don’t just need to fight. We need to fight for something.”"

Hollen is obviously a great messenger. As the article points out, contrary to the advice of party experts, he stuck his neck out to help a constituent and do the right thing and bring her husband back from an unjust purgatory. And his reputation has just grown.
People opposing him complain about what Mamdani will do if elected, but since we thought electing to the presidency a man who tries to steal free and fair elections could result in good things happening, I suggest its a poor political strategy.
So, trying to annex people who hate you is a terrible idea. So?
So ****in what?
When in history did that ever make a difference?
It never has.
So why now?
Well... There is this thing called taxes.Honest, I was going to ansewer you point by point but I realized it was just too stupid to so do.
Where does the money come from for all your fun things?
Most productive? The rich aren't the most productive... they are the wealthiest but that doesn't make them the most productive. How do you stop the exit of the most productive NYers that would follow?
It doesn't matter who the mayor is. They will be attacked by the GOP no matter what.Kill the city and empower the GOP nationally?
The other three choices are a clown, the most corrupt mayor in recent history and a corrupt sex pest.Elect this completely inexperienced socialist tick tock queen.
So much for consent of the governed. So?
So ****in what?
When in history did that ever make a difference?
It never has.
So why now?
Let the Danes do as they like. So, trying to annex people who hate you is a terrible idea.
Ask the Germans how much fun dealing with it is.
Sounds like the Danes should close Thule and force the Americans to try and walk home, though.
And when all of your taxpayers leave because they're not abused and other places does it come from?Well... There is this thing called taxes.
Well you don't get rich just sitting on your ass. But productivity is not all of it is being wise with money. Most productive? The rich aren't the most productive... they are the wealthiest but that doesn't make them the most productive.
You have an entire blocks of the city that are empty because it costs too much to have tenants and banks are trying to foreclosed on these rent control apartments in the people that own them are saying take it it's your problem now and then the banks are suing the owner because they don't want to be stuck with the asset but all the owner has is the asset so they're going to get it anyway. It doesn't matter who the mayor is. They will be attacked by the GOP no matter what.
New York City will lose. The other three choices are a clown, the most corrupt mayor in recent history and a corrupt sex pest.
Mamdani is going to win.
Democrat "leadership" such as Schumer & Jeffries could have ended Cuomo's candidacy in a heartbeat, especially since he's a bully who was run out of Albany on a rail. Instead, as usual they showed how spineless thay are & why a corrupt gasbag lowlife like Trump is rolling over the top of them on a daily basis. As a result N.Y.C. may have Trump's boy Adams returning as Mayor."Senator Chris Van Hollen, Democrat of Maryland, endorsed Zohran Mamdani for mayor of New York City on Saturday and called on his party’s leadership to do the same, criticizing them for a delay that he said had allowed President Trump to exploit Democratic divisions. Why? Because the word socialist scares you.Mamdani is the best thing that has happened to the GOP.
His words are not where America is or wants to be.
His actions will likely cripple the greatest city in the country.
Why? Because the word socialist scares you.
Daniel Hoan was a socialist and was one of the all time best mayors of a major American city. His administration created much needed housing, a great park system and was open and honest.
But you can continue to be scared.
Oh no... the threat of so many people leaving.... the thing that never happens. And when all of your taxpayers leave because they're not abused and other places does it come from?
Rich people get richer by literally sitting on their ass. Once one has a certain amount of money they don't have to do another thing ever again.Well you don't get rich just sitting on your ass. But productivity is not all of it is being wise with money.

That is true. That is one thing that Mamadani is working to address. And the homeless problem is growing.
How? How will NYC lose? I still don't see how Mamdani is going to cripple NYC.New York City will lose.
And how is he gonna get it done? He has ZER0 experienceWhy? Because the word socialist scares you.

And you won’t even look into Hoan. You’re mind is made up and new information is avoided. You could think.
Who is paying for your utopia?
I hate dumb posts yet they are plentiful.
So why is everything you buy these days manufactured in China or IndiaOh no... the threat of so many people leaving.... the thing that never happens.
No.Rich people get richer by literally sitting on their ass.
Sure but you have to get to that level and that requires workOnce one has a certain amount of money they don't have to do another thing ever again.
In New York do a little research or remain in the dark I don't care.Where are these blocks?
His actions are going to make it worseThat is true. That is one thing that Mamadani is working to address.
Same way every other socialist State lost. How? How will NYC lose?
You're naive.I still don't see how Mamdani is going to cripple NYC.
It is a wild argument to make. And you won’t even look into Hoan. You’re mind is made up and new information is avoided.
Expand your horizons, new knowledge is good.
As for funding government, small adjustments to current tax code can reap huge benefits.

Capital shifted to those country because of much lower labor costs. That is not the same actual people leaving a place. So why is everything you buy these days manufactured in China or India
Yeah they do.
Or be born into it.Sure but you have to get to that level and that requires work
I live here. Where are these blocks? In New York do a little research or remain in the dark I don't care.
How? How is it going to be made worse? His actions are going to make it worse
Most of Europe is what you would consider to be "socialist"Same way every other socialist State lost.
Then spell it out... not in simple declarations but just how it is going to happen. You're naive.
Mamdani has broad support across most demographics. The kids supporting him will find out when they grow up.
Not a single sent more in order to afford some of the crazy crap this nut job is promising you need to raise it by a lot. I remember him saying he was going to have a state-run grocery stores that undercut all the private business while being subsidized by the government. That's going to cost a lot of money and then the burden will be on them completelyIt is a wild argument to make.
On one hand NYC is a place full of homeless drug addicts and blocks of empty buildings so much so that people are fleeing it and on the other it is a place where if taxes are raised a single cent people are going to flee it.
The losing into that scenario is what you pick when you pick socialism. That was super refused to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.Heads I win, Tails you lose.
He is proposing to have one city owned grocery store on city property in each borough in underserved neighborhoods as a pilot program. The money from this will come from an already existing program that pays private grocery stores to operate in enderserved neighborhoods. Not a single sent more in order to afford some of the crazy crap this nut job is promising you need to raise it by a lot. I remember him saying he was going to have a state-run grocery stores that undercut all the private business while being subsidized by the government. Right now we have unfettered Capitalism and it ain't doing so great. The losing into that scenario is what you pick when you pick socialism. That was super refused to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
So cost makes people move their production our taxes are cost if you move your production out of a high tax area will you still have to pay that high tax?Capital shifted to those country because of much lower labor costs.
Right so all those manufacturing jobs just stayed in the US.That is not the same actual people leaving a place.
LieYeah they do.
Typically those people don't stay Rich very long.Or be born into it.
Do some research or stay ignorant I don't care.I live here. Where are these blocks?
Doing the same thing even harder will inevitably make it worse. How? How is it going to be made worse?
No it isn't. Most of Europe would be what I would consider it to be capitalist they just have a lot of welfare. Most of Europe is what you would consider to be "socialist"
Do you research or stay in the dark I don't care. Then spell it out... not in simple declarations but just how it is going to happen.
