And the only complaints were about diversity, equality and inclusion for blacks and sexually different ....... oh and the perpetual conservative concern who gets to use which bathrooms.

So maybe the people complaining were financial wizards concerned about college costs but they sure looked and sounded like conservative, white racists.

The issue is that white people want to 'save face' by pretending they can make a difference by NOT working to improve themselves. And, this is done by keeping things the same. DEI made sure it was a 'root' that grew in the other direction and accelerated incapable individuals into positions they were not up to. And if you don't agree with it, then that makes you a 'racist' or some other bs. It has had fairly negative effects on society and has made individuals more extremist. Idiots.

If you want to 'include' others then give them jobs that pay them above average wage like a lot of white people do for their kids, etc. But, that isn't what they want to do. They just want them out of sight. Also, something white people do with their kids.

Basically this issue is very extensive and not something we would all agree on.

DEI/CRT is a social agenda that is abused by Progressive fanatics. They use it to unfairly attempt to place blame or judgement on the basis of race or whatever & creates racial division instead of fighting it among all race groups in all levels of our education system across the nation & in the corporate world. In both, it creates a toxic environment of angst & animosity, which contradicts the entire purpose.

CRT talks about implicit biases that promote racist stereotypes and prevents hiring if one has a black sounding name which has been confirmed in numerous experiments.

While i have some disagreements with some of the workplace training that focuses on people who have no say in the hiring process instead of the ones who do, i still think CRT has merit.
