Undernourished and the Obese

Non Profit Capitalism has a name....Socialism.

This country is free to vote for anyone, Trump lead us on a path. A path we must now confront.

America is in an identity crisis......a civil war seems more prevalent then compromise. America has many flaws and issues, that some citizens don’t want to address. Unfortunately other citizens want to address those issues. Can we have a conversation to resolve those issues? Only time will tell, I am hopeful!

Much like yourself, you are willing to address issues. Can we come to an agreement? To head in a direction. We are all to blame if we do nothing. As painful as issues are, it’s more painful to watch people suffer, from a lack of response.

Citizens have responded to Trump. He has ignited the spark of change......what that change will be, not sure!?!

I appreciate your opinion of the US. It’s good to hear others opinions. For we are, sometimes to close to the real issues. Thank you.
You are joking of course. The only ones ever put up for the office of president are those who have the backing of the wealthy. Your freedom is limited to who the rich decide will run the country.

And no, that is the problem. agreement can not be reached because those in power understand that a divided country gives them power.

Easy fixes, we now know the problem! I will pass it along to all Americans. Thank you. Your comments are appreciated

You seem to imply there is such a thing. . So maybe it's you
No, as I pointed out nothing I have said implies as such. You simply made an inference from what I said.

You must never have read anything on the philosophy of capitalist economics if you make such an inference.

A basic tenet of capitalism is that it is an economic system for the creation of profit. Probably one of the first things taught in any economics class. The reason it does work is that it has its own in built regulator, usually referred to as supply and demand.

However laissez faire capitalism is only about profit. there are no regulators on it as it is a branch of capitalism that allows complete freedom from the demands of the consumer.

I should really not have to be teaching you basic capitalism but obviously you need this to even get more than badly thought out comment from you.

I doubt you know what you are talking about. But maybe I am wrong can you link to credible economic sources teaching the claims you just made? And quote the relevant text supporting your claims about the difference.

Has anyone ever collected data on how much money is sent or spent to "feed the hungry" and then follow the money to where it actually goes?

I wonder for instance if we spent/send enough to feed the hungry world but due to corrupt governments/aid it ain't getting there?

In the developed world feeding the hungry is not really a problem. Most can feed themselves. Feeding the rest would be trivially inexpensive in the context of a $4 trillion government. That’s why there’s an obesity problem among the poor.

When we travel about half our "luggage space" is food from home such as celery with nut butter and raisins, salads, high protein tofu selections, tons of fruits, yogurt, granola, carrots, a PB&J plus tons of water
