Ukraine was a subordinate Republic that was part of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics AKA Soviet Union.

Ukraine was an SSR, not Russian anymore than the other SSRs. It was a constituent SSR of the soviet union. You are flailing.

It wasn't "voted". No public referendum was help on "transfer" of Crimea or Donbass.

Yes there was a referendum in every oblast, every single one. You showed your utter ignorance pretending Kruschev was even in power to make this “illegal” deal. Yeltzin was a ****ing dickhead but lets not pretend like this was illegal.

Neither Khrustchev nor Eltsin nor Donald Duck or Ronald Reagan had any power or legitimacy to steal Russian lands and handover them to Ukraine or any other country or Republic. Donbass and Crimea always were and still remain a part of Russia.
Nor legal process was completed to transfer them to another country/republic.

You should begin with suggesting a reference to a referendum , where Crimea had voted to break away from Russia and go to Ukraine.

It is desperation. Putin thinks he’s Batu Khan invading the Kievan Rus: send in hordes of mobile cavalry and you’ll win. The thing is the Mongols didn’t have to worry about minefields, tank ditches, or picket swarms of AI-controlled drones. So while a few of these guys will get though, most of them won’t:

well it beats an infantry assault - at least the motorcycles are faster and able jump ditches. Apparently Ukraine thinks it's
worthwhile as well (OP)

But with drones, mines and anti tank like JAVELIN -or motorcycles- it's got to be a short lifespan on open ground

The way the Russians use motorcycles in Ukraine it is desperate and suicidal as the many videos show quite clearly. We have yet to see how Ukraine will use them but you can bet it will not be in meatwave assaults like Russia uses them for. They may have speed but their total lack of armor protection makes them easy kills.

As already noted, the only thing the two armies have in common is the motorcycle. How it’s deployed, by whom, and under what circumstances are different. Russia is sending its guys in without proper support across open fields covered with mines. Ukrainian drones are inflicting heavy losses on what’s left. Ukraine doesn’t have the force levels to properly monitor the battle lines, so it’s increasingly relying on pickets of sophisticated AI-enabled reconnaissance drones. For Russia, the motorcycle is a means of conveyance, like an APC, except without the armor. The Ukrainians are using the bikes in strike groups, teaching their soldiers how to fire weapons while riding them like true cavalrymen. That’s the difference. Russia is just sacrificing its stormers trying to advance the lines. 🤷‍♂️
 
Leonid Kravchuk was the leader of ukraine in 1991 by the way.
