Of course, they don't want the war to end. With the talks of peace it must be ramped up, keep the flock upticked for the total destruction of Ukraine is at hand. Biden's administration and who or whomever is running things are a cabal of warmongers.......it makes money and tons of it. The United States does not target civilians in war zones, nor is the US "indifferent" to civilian casualties.

In contrast, Putin targets schools to make his demented point that if you oppose me I will kill your children. And hospitals that are just that, ie, hospitals.

Putin is just another deranged Russian barbarian ruler. Those who defend and speak for he who bombs schools willfully are no different in power. Those who defend Putin accept and support Russians bombing schools in Ukraine -- and in Syria too of course. Barbarians all.

Russia lost the Crimean War in the Treaty of Paris of 1856. Russia has never been able to hold Crimea or the Black Sea. Not since the so called Golden Hord settled Crimea in 1471. Russia's Crimea problem is that Russia always wants more. Which is why NATO was created post WW2, in 1949.

Russia that extends to the Pacific has always wants more and has taken more. Europe has always held the line against it. Napoleon and Hitler failed to neutralize the grabby Russians which is why there is NATO and which is where Putin bangs his head against its brick wall. Wanting more is a Russian compulsion I'm afraid. Which puts bombing schools and hospitals in play.
