The only way you reverse chemical castration is to reverse time. If you were going to start puberty and you're on a castration drug you're not starting puberty when you're supposed to so unless you can turn that clock backwards there's no temporary effect here.

You may say that damage is reduced and that's debatable but unless you can hop in a time machine and go back in time and start your puberty over no.

The quacks that say that this is reversible are beyond discredited. you might as well be insisting that the Earth is flat.

Not all Islam sects have the same beliefs/stance on LGBTQ issues. In Iran, the government healthcare system funds transgender care, as long as the person is heterosexual and has surgery.

What is your sources that says that blockers are not reversible? Post them so I can read it! If you can prove they are not reversible then there is a 50K person class action lawsuit of kids with precocious puberty that are infertile for life. Even HRT is reversible, though some effects take longer to go away than other. Fertility doesn't go away until surgery, so trans people who are sexually active are told to use birth control because they are still somewhat fertile.

What really winds up happening is they grow up to be prepubescent adults. And possibly face high levels of particular cancers.
