Trump's deportation push gets boost from border state with massive plot of land

Nah, I've shown that employers can and do use ITINs.
You dug up some blog that contradicted the IRS and you think that proves something besides the very good possibility that your source is retarded and doesn't know WTF they're talking about. 🤣
Moreover, there's the obvious (and unanswered-by-you question): why on earth would the IRS establish ITINs if employers were not allowed to use them?
I already answered this: because they can be used on other forms, like the W-2G (gambling winnings).

But we're not talking gambling forms.

We're talking about employers' reporting wages, withholding etc. But if you've dropped your apparent misgivings about employers' ability to file appropriate reports to the IRS re their (employers') undocumented immigrants, there's no problem....

You asked why the IRS would issue ITINs. I told you.

You're welcome.

Are you still pretending your retarded blog trumps the IRS's literal, explicit instructions?

I'm still saying what I've been saying: two sources, including the IRS, have shown that employers can and do use ITINs to report wages, withholding etc of undocumented immigrants.

Are you still arguing that employers have no means of doing this?

Please show me where the IRS says employers can use ITINs to report wages.

I've already done so. Employers use the ITINs. It's called a "mismatch".

That you don't want to accept the information and sources I've brought here is your right.

And I have to say, I'm not surprised. MAGA quite often simply ignores inconvenient facts.

Lets turn that worm around, prove that the USA is required to accept whomever that Mexico decides to deport to our country.
If we don't have to accept whomever Mexico decides to deport to us...then by that logic neither does Mexico.

That's referencing 1040 reporting:
  • Tax returns filed with an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number reporting wages paid are required to show the Social Security Number under which the wages were earned. This creates an identification number (ITIN/SSN) mismatch. In the past, returns with this mismatch could only be filed on paper. Due to programming changes the IRS' e-file system can now accept these returns. The taxpayer's correct ITIN should be used as the identifying number at the top of Form 1040. When inputting W-2 information, the SSN should be entered exactly as shown on the Form W-2 issued by the employer. It is now possible to e-file a return with an ITIN/SSN mismatch.

1040s get filed by the employee.
W-2s get filed by the employer.

Even non Mexicans?
Gonna depend on what the Mexican federal government says. Potentially, yes, we can deport illegal invaders from South America to Mexico, who will then forward them to their origin. The USA has good relations with Mexico and Mexico will be interested in maintaining them.

I suspect in such cases Mexico will first reach an understanding with that third country.

No, but when there are chilling similarities,
What? That they build structures and keep people there? They're called detention centers. They had this under Obama as well.
Is Obama literally Adolf Hitler as well?
they need to be brought to light. If the thought of massive internment camps doesn't bother you, then there is something wrong with you. Ask any Japanese-American how they feel about this.

No, our country, our rules. We're deporting them back to MX.
Got a link from a reputable source that proves that Mexico has agreed to accept the 11 million or so illegal immigrants currently residing in this country?
Thought not.
MAGATS had better think this through. Unless a receiving country has agreed to accept these immigrants they are going NOWHERE.
Furthermore, whats the brilliant plan to backfill all those jobs these people would be leaving vacant? Do you think most of the people in this country are just sitting on our street corners?

Mexico ready to receive deported Mexicans from US if necessary

"MEXICO CITY, Nov 21 (Reuters) - Mexico has a plan to receive deported Mexicans from the U.S. if President-elect Donald Trump launches mass deportations of immigrants living in the U.S. illegally, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said on Thursday."

So according to you Mexico will accept the 11 million illegals now in this country regardless of their country of origin? Your link doesn't say that. Furthermore, you understandably failed to address who will backfill all those jobs should the 11 million people be deported as the felon promised. Who will do that Trix? Who is going to harvest our crops, build our homes.....or many other low wage jobs? Better stock up on canned goods!
And who is going to pay for it?
Get your checkbook out!

A new report from the American Immigration Council, an immigration rights research and policy firm, estimates that to deport even one million undocumented immigrants a year would cost over $88 billion dollars annually, for a total of $967.9 billion over more than ten years.
The report acknowledges there are significant cost variables depending on how such an operation would be conducted and says its estimate does not take into account the loss of tax revenue from workers nor the bigger economic loss if people self-deport and American businesses lose labor.

There are not 11 million illegals even rounded up or ready to be deported now. What a dumb question... It's going to be a process.

So you're for a tax increase?

Do you know what a sanctuary city is--I mean the actual definition?
We don't need sanctuary cities. Law abiding people have no reason to fear the government. We need legal immigration. We need to secure our borders. We need to bring an end to illegals being paid cash instead of paying income taxes. We need legal immigrants not criminals brought over by the cartel. Secure the border and people entering our country can enter through a legal point of entry and legally. There is a difference between a secure border and closed border. Our border is open to people entering legally. The criminals are not wanted or needed in this country. They should be kept out and removed.

Not all of the illegals your side wants to deport are from Mexico.

Your side plans to incarcerate the rest. This course of action will only hurt the US. Groceries will get much more expensive.

Just absolutely shameful.

If Mexico was the first safe country asylum seekers passed over before coming to the US, yes.
Got a link that proves that Mexico is ready to accept non-citizens into their country? Because your link states that Mexicans are welcome to go home by the president of that country.
And whats the plan to backfill all the jobs these people are vacating?
To be clear, I think that those here illegally have broken the law-like the felon and sex abuser-and need to be dealt with accordingly. But the workforce shortages are going to be real, and Americans are not going to work at those kinds of jobs for the dirt cheap wages Mexican immigrants are now doing. Whats the plan for that Trix?

Hopefully, the gangbangers will go first.

Border Agents Reveal League Table of Gangs That Plague America

"A peak in gang member apprehensions was seen in FY2019, with 976 arrests, with a decline in FY2020 and FY2021. But the following years have seen a steady decline in arrests." We know the latter happened because Joe Biden campaigned on making illegal aliens' presence here not a criminal offense. He created the magnet, IOW.
