Trump wants NATO countries to spend more money to defend themselves against Russia, for whom he wants to lift sanctions

There is no evidence that Putins population superiority in is going to let him win.

Putin continues to fight because the life expectancy of dictators who start and lose wars tends to be very short. Eventualy if Ukraine continues to deny Putin his victory the Russian people will have had enough and will show him the window

Do you have any sense of compassion for the thousands more Ukrainians who will die before there is a negotiated settlement?

yeah, most cynical argument ever.

"Gimme all your land and then I kill you"

"No"

Trumpist answer: "give it to him, otherwise he will kill you"

If you are in Germany and you are German, then feel obligated to convince your new Chancellor to give billions of Euros of weapons to push back the Russians out of Ukraine.
But also keep in mind you are perpetuating a conflict resulting in more Ukrainians and Russians dying in a war that is a stalemate. Just like in France in WW I with a stalemate along the front lines.
