For starters a Trump win could have very well meant a different tactic on the bill which only provided $600 checks versus the $2000 he wanted. One can see him giving up because of the fact he didn't have enough time to really make that push considering the potential government shutdown if the bill wasn't passed. Trump had also pushed for an infrastructure bill; the difference between him and Biden is the latter was actually able to get the bill passed.

Does it matter now? Does history matter? Seems to matter to reality as Biden is going to suffer the same results as Obama did at the midterms.

I'm sure all of those businesses that will benefit from the infrastructure bill will surely think it didn't benefit them.

Trump suffered a swing against him (compared to 2016) in 43 states. Isn't it odd that the only states they consider evidence of Dem cheating are those which Trump narrowly lost?

It's hard to argue otherwise. The thing is the whole election fraud narrative was based on an absolutely absurd premise: the incumbent president could only lose if there was election fraud. That would rule out all of the perfectly legitimate reasons like people preferring another candidate's policies, or just not liking the incumbent. If it were a scenario where an incumbent who had a high approval rating suddenly lost an election, I could see that raising some flags, but we had the opposite scenario. So applying "logic and common sense", it is totally within the realm of possibility to think a president with consistently poor approval ratings would lose an election.
