NYC, for example, has seen its 911 calls for cardiac events quadruple and the percentage of those calls being fatal increased. Those that die before they get to a hospital are not being recorded as coronavirus deaths.

In reality, no, they are undercounting coronavirus deaths due to a lack of testing.

The New York City mayor and governor Cuomo told people to not be concerned and go on with their life as normal. They said there was nothing to worry about pertaining to this virus.
