The key thing to remember is this is all a test to see what they can get away with, so everyone needs to understand that and push back hard. This will mean universities will have to unite and fund lawsuits against all of this.

As a resident of Flyover Country, that rather substantial territory Between the Bagel Belt and the Brie Belt, I predict that this policy will be highly popular with the average citizen. Bagel Belt/Brie Belt politicians will oppose it at their peril.

It is certainly surprising that, knowing how popular and successful Trump University (TU) was, that there could possibly be any resistance on allowing donald to oversee curriculum in all of America's Colleges and Universities.

It's been pretty clear for the past three quarters of a century or so that discrimination based upon race is against the law. It's not clear why progressives are now so indifferent to it.

The progressives were not the ones doing the discriminating. Most of the time, that was corporate entities, usually conservative corporate entities, and they liked being able to do it.

With dismantling most of the Department of Education, wasn't the goal to let the States decide and set standard for education. So, why the EO?
