Trump says US cannot give every person it wants to deport a trial

........to face deportation hearings.
He doesn't need a deportation hearing. He hasn't been accused of any crime. He was in the country without a Visa, and subject to deportation.

El Salvador's judicial system put him in prison - not Trump.

They are not putting every deportee into jail. They have only jailed the ones whom they have classified as terrorists.

Secondly, people who are here illegally don't need full trials to determine if they are citizens or not. If they are not they can be deported.
So why does Trump employ illegals? Oh, and there's no evidence whatsoever of Garcia's alleged gang activities-except, of course, what the always truthful and morally unimpeachable White House expects you to believe. And you clearly do.

This is the misunderstanding that many people have with regards to protocols and "due process" with immigration violations. With immigration law, nobody is "accused" of anything, and immigration violations are NOT prosecuted as a crimes,. there is no guarantee of "due process" (i.e., arraignment, indictment, trial, conviction, etc.).

If a migrant is in the U.S. illegally, then they are subject to deportation. . . . No trial. No jury.
That isn't true. Even those in your country illegally enjoy Constitutional protections-including due process, whether you like it or not. You should be embarrassed that a foreigner has to school you on your own laws and Constitution.

Trump/Bondi are wrongly using the Alien Enemies Act to skirt constituional Due Process.

The US is not at war. Trump/Bondi are bastardizing the Alien Enemies Act for political reasons.

What would then stop the Trump/Bondi duo from classifying all Democrats as terrorists?

It is obvious where such anti-Constitutional usages can lead.... autocracy.

Trump/Bondi are also looking into the Insurrection Act. Chew on that for a while.

Saying every illegal migrant being held is a “terrorist”?

Nobody’s demanding trials to determine citizenship.

They’re demanding their habeas corpus rights, which have been denied by Traitor Trump’s DHS/DOJ.

That is untrue. Trump paid El Savador to imprison these men.
Red herring.

El Salvador incarcerated the man.

Anyways, he might be released from prison, but he's not coming back to the U.S. The U.S. is not his home. El Salvador is.

Your dopey argument is based on ignorance and fake news.

There are statutes which empower the Secretary of State to forgo constitutional protections, and deport without hearings.

If they are persons, they have Constitutional protections.
FALSE.

That's a myth spread by people who are ignorant of the law, and whom the constitution applies to. The constitution protects only those who are born in the U.S., naturalized citizens, and those who have permanent residence status (a visa of some sort).

Correct; and the "at war" part is crucial. Britain invoked a similar law when war broke out in '39. The US also did, incarcerating those of Japanese origin-including US citizens after the Japanese attacked in '41.

People deported under the authority of the AEA have a right to a hearing in court.

No exceptions.

I do wish someone would challenge the legality of this foreign prison shit.
They are. The SCOTUS already told the administration basically to cut it out, and were in such a rush that they didn't wait for the dissent.

The administration is trying to pretend the SCOTUS didn't dunk on them.

No, quite the opposite in fact. Read, learn...

They are using part of the AEA. They're ignoring the due process requirements in Section 2 of the act.

Yes, people here illegally should just be removed. What libs want is to flood the country with illegals then demand an impossible standard for their removal.

Your Constitution is "fake news"? I suggest you read this:

Yes, people here illegally should just be removed. What libs want is to flood the country with illegals then demand an impossible standard for their removal.
Argue with your Constitution which protects illegal immigrants and gives them certain rights-including due process and equal protection under the law, just as it does you. Your baseless opinions are irrelevant.

So Trump shows he doesn't understand how current immigration law works. Trials aren't a routine thing in immigration court.

We need the law updated to get further away from putting new arrivals at the end of a long line.

"They have classified"....without due process.

Don't you see the problem with that?
Secondly, people who are here illegally don't need full trials to determine if they are citizens or not. If they are not they can be deported.
They need due process, it's not always a trial.

Trump is a moron, and a man without morals.

A bad combo.

I do wish someone would challenge the legality of this foreign prison shit. Guantanamo "works" because the US leases the island from Cuba, making it fall under US jurisdiction and is wholly operated by the US military. Not sure just paying El Salvador to imprison people from the US works in the same manner since they are at a facility that also houses El Salvadoran hardened criminals.
Really? I mean what could possibly go wrong with paying a foreign government to house prisoners for us without due process in a prison notorious for unexplained deaths and torture? I mean it isn't like once we send them there we are not saying...hey they are the foreign country in which they are housed problem. We cannot just tell the foreign nation to send them back? What possibly could go wrong?
