Trump says U.S. will 'have to' send Ukraine more weapons so it can defend itself

TACO strikes again and flip flops on last week's US policy not to send defensive weapons to help Ukraine. I'm beginning to suspect that this guy doesn't know what the hell he's doing.

U.S. President Donald Trump said Monday that his country will have to send more weapons to Ukraine so that it can defend itself.

The comments by Trump appeared to be an abrupt change in posture after the Pentagon announced last week that it would hold back delivering to Ukraine some air defence missiles, precision-guided artillery and other weapons because of what U.S. officials said were concerns that stockpiles have declined too much.

The clueless dolt relies on the last person he spoke to, or the last youtube video, for his 'policies'. He all has the political, administrative and diplomatic skills of a toddler.
 
One would expect the president to have convictions; some set of beliefs that guide him. But Trump simply flip flops on each and every single issue.

Do his supporters not see this? How can anyone that can pass the spoon test be good with this?

He got his budget passed. Now he can flip flop on stuff & not care about Congress.
 
It’s ok because he is only sending “defensive” weapons. They only operate in defense.

He sees that Ukraine is defending itself from Russian invasion. Would you rather those weapons not be supplied?
 
Let's hope this is sign that things have turned, and Trump wants to be on the winning team.

I'm really starting to get the impression that Trump is not really exercising any direct control over a lot of his subordinates and just letting them run free, and only intervening when he becomes aware of it.

I am mocking Trump. Ukraine needs to go on offense to repel the invaders. War is not one side on offense and one on defense. It’s funny how he feels the need to justify what he should have been doing all along. He is a phony. Ypour question misses my main point and is a straw man.

Obviously not as you think it meant I was against sending weapons to Ukraine. You made a straw man assumption based on my pure mockery that never implied any such view on my part.
