lol... Not even close.
90% of terrorist attacks in the US, between 1980 and 2005, were committed by non-Muslims.
Non-Muslims Carried Out More than 90% of All Terrorist Attacks in America | Global Research - Centre for Research on Globalization
For decades, most terrorist acts were political or nationalist in origin. It's only been in the past ~10 years that religion really took off as a reason for terrorist attacks. (I don't think it's a coincidence that this was around the same time frame that the US invaded and destabilized Iraq and Afghanistan.)
Even so, only 60% of all terrorist attacks around the globe have any sort of religious purpose, and not all of those attacks are by Muslims.
Even most terrorist acts by Muslim organizations are partly (if not wholly) political or nationalist in nature. It's slightly ridiculous to think of ISIL as exclusively religious, since their purpose is to create a completely new political entity (a caliphate). Many other incidents are equally blended, such as the Taliban trying to regain control of Afghanistan.
Equally important to note is that the motivations for terrorism can easily change over time. It is certainly not a given that the conditions in effect today will remain that way indefinitely.
Your understanding of the facts are wrong, and it is vital to realize that you cannot eliminate a technique by blaming its existence on its perpetrators.
