There was destruction of evidence (hard drives) so you could like the results.
And proof this was done by the IRS on Obama's orders?

Y'all sure go on the defensive qiick when it's someone you like. :lamo
Incompetence, ok.
Some are things done by the administration, which were plausibly could be explained as following the law.
I thought it was the Iranian's money which we had no right to keep.

Above the law? You mean like the Obama IRS going after conservative groups for years?
Trying to stifle their 1st amendment right? And when caught doing that the people involved mysteriously found the hard drives to their computer were damaged so the data could not be retrieved. That kind of above the law?
n late September 2017, an exhaustive report by the Treasury Department's inspector general found that from 2004 to 2013, the IRS used both conservative and liberal keywords to choose targets for further scrutiny, blunting claims that the issue had been an Obama-era partisan scandal.[SUP][2][/SUP][SUP][3][/SUP] The 115 page report confirmed the findings of the prior 2013 report that some conservative organizations had been unfairly targeted, but also found that the pattern of misconduct had been ongoing since 2004 and was non-partisan in nature.
You've been fed lies for so long you believe anything they tell you.
Who was held accountable? Oh that is right.... No one! Above the law!
You defended that quick. Was Obama above the law? What about Holder?
Ok, here's the part where Obama knew about Clinton's unsecured server...
Some groups that were doing political work were also claiming tax exempt status. That is against the law.
There was no political motivation, and when Republicans whined about it, it was stopped.
You have this basically backwards.
Obama broke the law giving that money to Iran.

The 150 billion was returned via normal and usual means.
The 1.5 billion delivered in cash on pallets as a a ransom to release the hostages was not.
Of course Obama knew about it, anyone can see it's not a .gov email. it wasn't illegal. Or, at least Obama didn't think it was.
No you are absolutely wrong. Go back and read again what happened. There was political motivation!
Where are the indictments? There are none, so the term is alleged...
Are we done talking about Obama and Clinton conspiracy theories now so we can get back to our president claiming heis a king that is above the law?
Obama knew damn well it was illegal and didn't want to get caught knowing about it. Why do you think he used a fake name when he sent emails to it?
But, Obama was above the law. It was difereeeeeent when he did it. Right?
Never miss a chance to change the subject to Obama. The question is, should any President be above the law, even our cult leader?
Your sources are crap.
But, you are certain that President Trump broke the law.
You dreamed that up while you were believing that aircraft could fly through an artillery barrage. :lamo
I hadn't read the article previously. Valid comparison. There are always some differences.
I know it's difficult keeping up with an ever evolving conversation, but I have no doubt you can handle it.
Unfortunately pointing out double standards is part of the conversation.

Of course there are. You people will never hold Obama to the same rediculous and unrealistic standard that you apply to President Trump. All the while, you all are scratching your heads and trying to figure out how the Republicans were handed the keys to the car by the people. I hope y'all never figure it out. That's the best thing that could happen to the country.
You are so misinformed!!! Accidentally or on purpose?

May 10, 2013. During an American Bar Association meeting, Lerner admits that organizations were targeted because of their titles or beliefs, calling it "absolutely incorrect, insensitive, and inappropriate." Celia Roady, a Washington tax lawyer, later advised the press that Lerner arranged in advance for her to ask the question. (Lerner did not confirm this information since she did not testify.)
May 22, 2013. Lerner refuses to testify in front of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, pleading the Fifth Amendment.
June 24, 2013. The IRS issues its report into the scandal together with an action plan. At the same time, the IRS admitted fault, saying that "inappropriate criteria" was used for review of organizations applying for tax-exempt status.
June 15, 2016. The House Oversight Committee votes to censure IRS Commissioner John Koskinen.
