In the last two days, he had a tiny Army parade no one cared about. Israel started a war with Iran, while Trump plays 2nd fiddle to Netanyahu. Very large protests against his deportation / disappear people acts which occured over the last month. Who knows where he's at on Ukraine now.

He's run out of scams. The last scam he had was that he was "strong" and could not only prevent war, but end war.

If he wants to be the strongest person on the world stage he soon will have to make a choice about US involvement between Israel & Iran. He could live politically with Ukraine because, let's face it: most Americans couldn't find it on a map or tell you anything about it. Americans don't have much recent shared history with Ukraine.

Iran & Israel is different. This is the Middle East. The last 25 years have been 9/11, Iraq War & a nearly 2 decade war in Afghanistan. The Middle East is fresh with war culminating the post-9/11 American era.

Iraq may be the ones left with the biggest choice. Do they lean into their Iranian ally or their US ally? And after seeing such a weak US "parade", deferrence to Putin, anti-European sentiment, trade wars, mass protests in the US - why would they place their trust in the US?

The weakest among us lack clarity. And Trump has never been more weak

The list goes on.

Remember his rants about Putin being unfair and needing to heed Donald's advice or else? Yeah, ignored.

On the world stage, Donald is a laughing stock, ignored and ridiculed.
That's true but it's nothing to be happy about. The people of the United States elected this clod twice. We look like ill-educated, uncultured, white-bread, redneck, racist scum.

They're ridiculing us too.

I was thinking that his egotistic parade seems to have gotten drowned out by an the Israel-Iran conflict and the assassination of a Dem lawmaker, which I predict he is more furious about than said conflict and assassination.

Yep, along with republicant majorities in the House and Senate - that’s democracy.

Is the media giving the parade little space?

Trump Looking Extremely Weak

Absolutely fragile. Old, weary and fragile. He looks like he needs to spend a couple of years in a cart on the links, working on his back swing. While I'm well past hoping that Trump will ever succumb to a teachable moment, he's ineducable, there's a part of me that very much wants to believe that over the next couple of weeks, he will be haunted by images that even "No Kings" rallies in small towns had bigger turnouts than his $45 million dollar dog-and-pony show. Nothing screams to China "Invade Taiwan NOW!" more than Trump's tragic impotence in both domestic affairs and global events. With virtually uncontested control of the South China Sea, I don't think Xi Jinping will even wait another year before he is on their shores.

It's ironic that, after telling Zelensky that he has no cards to play, both Putin and Netanyahu have shown that Trump isn't even holding a pair in his hand.

Perhaps so, but the problem here at home is that the democrats are still in a weaker position than Trump. The democrats are still leaderless and rudderless when it comes to combating Trump. He still has them flummoxed not knowing what to do, no kings protest or not. Throw in the fact the democratic party is less liked than the republican party, the democrats have a problem.

I suppose it doesn’t matter how weak Trump gets as long as the democrats are weaker, leaderless and rudderless and have no idea how to combat him. The democrats need to concentrate on how to fix this.

He's looking positively decrepit...
  • Putin has ignored his demands for a ceasefire.
  • Netanyahu ignored his plea not to attack Iran right before his much touted negotiations.
  • His bestie called him a pedophile and called for his impeachment.
  • Tariffed countries haven't come crawling and instead have applied reciprocal tariffs.
  • The US had negative GDP growth in Q1 while European, Canadian and Chinese economies had positive growth.
  • TACO doesn't mean food any more.
  • His deportation fiasco has blown up in his face.

Lol, how ridiculous. People are even claiming the military looked to be intentionally doing a poor job of marching because no one wanted to be there.

It’s much easier to point out flaws in the other party’s policy positions than to offer viable (preferred by the electorate) alternative policy positions.

On top of all that, they have nothing to run on. Cost of living is probably the biggest issue in the country right now, and it's entirely caused by supply restrictions due to policies put in place mostly by democrats. Housing regulations are worst in democrat states, and they have the biggest supply problem. Democrats also luv these fascist public/private partnerships with energy companies that ass-rape the American people price wise. Healthcare is also unfixable, to the point where no "reform" is going to make any difference whatsoever. Their "solution" will be more subsidies, which increases demand, increases inflation, and drives prices even higher.

I said this before, the democrat’s problem is they 100% anti-Trump. Not a problem if they are also offering viable solutions, positive alternatives. In other words, giving the voters a reason to vote for them and their candidates, not just against the other candidate, Trump in this instance. Some voters need a positive reason to vote for a party or candidate, not just against the other party or candidate.

Just like when people say he's the "peace president" every time someone tells me he's a "strong leader" I wanna ****ing puke. There's nothing about him that signifies strength or leadership.

Maybe to those who subscribe to the most idiotic and superficial interpretations of masculinity.

While I agree with that (bolded above), one must remember that the viable alternative ticket was Harris/Walz. Running the (reimagined?) current VP and a ‘woke’ Governor as some kind of change ticket (out of desperation?) was a huge unforced error.

Yet again, mostly bullshit.

It's only been 6 months. His honeymoon period is just getting over. Midterms are 12 months+ away. GOP barely hold Congress. Democrats are fine. Especially after what happened this week.
