Second, nuclear technology is intellectual property. You can't bomb away intellectual property. Moreover, Iran can get a bomb without having make one from scratch.... I doubt the same confluence of events would have occurred under Harris. Everything would have to have happened just as it has up to this point and it's likely a different admin would have handled Iran (and Israel) differently, not mention facing different pressures on the domestic front.
