What do you think happens to any radar in Iran that turns on these days? Do you think it detects an F-35 before it gets ARMed? No it doesn't. Also, Israel is perfectly capable of infiltrating and exfiltrating sof teams by air. The possibility of some of them or permanently stationed agents being caught has always been a possibility. With the continued degredatation of Iran's military and internal security forces though, that possibility seems less and less likely.

Israel dropped dozens of bombs directly prior to the ceasefire, which was provocation.

Both countries engaged is minor retaliation, but Israel did turn it's bombers around.
Iran either couldn't or didn't engage in more than a minor rocket attack.

I truly hope this ceasefire holds and no more people die.

Nobody believed in the ceasefire did they? I didn't even bother going in the threads.

Iran is weak militarily and internally but can't show it. Israel and the US are stuck because they can keep hitting launchers and AA and leaders all day long, but they have no idea of the status or location of the enriched materials that was the entire genesis of this.

The attacks were well telegraphed so Iran would have had plenty of time to move them to different parts of the facility that weren't expected to take direct hits, or they could have put it all in one truck or split among the trunks of several cars and taken anywhere.

Of course this isn't over.

It's too big a country. You couldn't even sustain your fighting against Hamas. You certainly can't do it against a large country like Iran.
Look how many Israelis have already fled and continue to flee.

Look at the continued pummeling of Israeli infrastructure. Well, at least you can be thankful you're not at the level you've reduced Gaza to.

Iran is getting reinforced by China and North Korea. The US has no cards to play against them, and certainly Trump's not going to even try, since you're continuing the conflict in defiance of his goals.

"Getting the equipment" is a pretty big deal. It's very expensive and complex, and requires a very large scale to produce meaningful quantities of 90% enriched uranium

Of course your second sentence is correct. No material and no equipment would be a worse setback than some material and no equipment.

On the other hand, no material but fully operating equipment would be less of a setback than having material but no equipment.

And of course, a setback was all that could be hoped for. Given time, equipment, expertise, and non-enriched uranium ore, anyone can eventually produce a bomb. But removing the equipment and most of the expertise will set the program back for a long time.
