I've seen the summer 2 with a lady that tries to look like a dude all except for their groin cuz obviously and no they're not fooling anybody that's just straight sex. The woman just happens to be Butch.

They would have liked it if everyone just rolled over and accepted their take on the issue. That didn't happen, but they began the movement. Not that all Dems did. Didn't Obama define marriage as the union of a man and a woman?
 
I find it interesting that when I was starting a lot of threads about men raping little girls (it's mainly just straight men) that hardly any conservatives would post in those threads.

Those rapes didn't generate the same kind of emotional response in MAGA that trans people do.

Your ignoring the fact that the poll shows most Republicans didn't support anti-trans bathroom restrictions and Trump claimed there were no problems with trans using the bathrooms.

So the GOP did roll over, and made trans a central issue, and then blamed the Dems for making it so!

A lot happened since 2016, as the Dems became increasingly toxic on many topics, partly though not wholly because Trump won the Presidency that year. "Bathroom bills" took on greater importance as the Left largely supported other trans causes, like trans women in women's sports. It's not a question of rolling over but of opposing an attempt to change society along undesirable lines.

Tell us that this is the first time you’ve ever heard of Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

If you believe that U.S. District Court judges should not be able to make court decisions that bind the entire country, which I bet you do, then that Amarillo judge should be the first one you focus on. He’s got quite the history of doing it after the Republicans did their judge shopping. The right doesn’t believe that kind of thing applies to them.

The ruling seems to go beyond that.

There is no discrimination.

Other people born with a penis and testicles are not allowed to compete against women, either.
