Libertarian - Right
Independent of his character, his knowledge about constitutional principles and limited government policies is zero to none. He represents the worst of the right wing movement in this country. Anyone really believe that he's a conservative?

You mean conservative or right wing?

"I probably identify more as Democrat.” -DJT

"I think Hillary would do a good job.” -DJT

"I’m very impressed by her [then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi], she’s a very impressive person. I like her a lot. She was going to really look to impeach Bush, and get him out of office, which, personally, I think would have been a wonderful thing.” -DJT

Sorry buddy he's all liberal

I think Trump personifies the yay-hoo movement.
The guy has been a bombastic cretin throughout this entire election process.
Unfortunately, the GOP was unable to field a better candidate.
That GOP primary voters selected Trump as their guy, says a lot about the GOP.......and it ain't good.

I think he is a populist and a nationalist.

Wrong.

1. What he said about Hillary does not make him a liberal.

2. Your presentation starts out with dishonesty by incorrectly quoting him (punctuation wise) and it being out of context.

Q. “Do you identify more as a Democrat or a Republican?"
A. “Well, you'd be shocked if I said that in many cases I probably identify more as a Democrat, ...”
1. He said "if".
2. "Many case" does not mean he is a democrat.
3. Saying the interviewer would be shocked by that would be because he doesn't identify as Democrat.

Trump isn't a conservative. He isn't a liberal either.

His ideology amounts to syncretic populism. To its followers it is "pragmatism", a horrible word in a political science context. To any rational observer, his ideology is the rejection of ideology.

Trumpism is whatever Trump says it is, and 'Trumpists' believe whatever Trump tells them to believe.

He's one of those who profits from whatever is profitable at the moment. What's the word for that? Opportunist? Mercenary? Anyway, I personally think he has no strong convictions policy-wise. He wants what's best for HIM. He wants low taxes for the mega-wealthy, he thinks women are almost worthless except as a piece of a__, he doesn't want ordinary citizens to have rights that interfere with his businesses, he's anti-environmental (that interferes with his businesses), he doesn't give much to charity (lack of concern for others, unless they're mega-rich like himself), he believes in authoritarianism (a far-right belief), he doesn't like minorities (he likes mainly white males).

He's an opportunist...he sucks up to whoever and whatever he has to, in order to benefit himself. He liked the Clintons personally (they were rich and I suspect they did him some favors in the past, because he was a big donor), but he hobnobbed with Republican politicians too (again, he donated big bucks, and Trump says he got whatever he asked for, in return). He swings both ways, as they say.

I assume he's a registered Republican, since he ran on that ticket this time and previously. He seems to be most like Tea Partiers. I think that's who his supporters mainly are.

He's the "Ace in the Hole" for HRC. No way she beats Cruz, Rubio, Kasich or even Jeb if any of them had gotten the nomination. He will now write off all that he spent on getting elected as some sort of business loss and again make full use of the corrupt tax code to his benefit.

Yeah, a liberal that got more votes than any other Republican candidate in history from primary voters, on the premise of the darkest populism to come from a Presidential candidate in a long time.

Sorry, Republican voters own him, signed, sealed, delivered.

Every person that ever voted for him, should be ashamed of themselves.

I don't think there was a Conservative Movement, was there? There was a Tea Party Movement. That's who his supporters are, I believe.
