This is going to be a very big problem for the GOP. trump is not going to sit back and let someone else carry the banner in 2024 for the presidential nomination. If the GOP does not give trump the nomination, I can see him:

-Drag all the dirt out on the eventual nominee that he can find
-Use his endorsement power to hurt the prospective candidates
-Run as a third party
-All of the above

The viewer ratings are actually higher than expected. They have already surpassed the Watergate hearings, and there are expected to be more hearings in September. And those are just TV ratings. As we all know, millions of folks get their entertainment and news from sources other than TV.

We know you folks on the right would like nothing more than to see trump and his cronies walk away from the law and order you say you love and respect but it ain't happening. How do you just dismiss the call to the secretary of state of georgia asking to 'find' eleven thousand votes and that is but one thing among dozens of attempts to interfere in the 2020 election.
