Per this thread's OP, trump sounds as if he's on board with the United States' entering Israel's war against Iran.
I, personally, do not appreciate being manipulated into declaring war on Iran.

In truth he is probably TACOing his prior belligerence and won't be doing what is necessary to back his threats: strike the deep underground bunkers that process Iran's weapons grade Uranium.
So he is content with strutting on the sidelines with the "I told you so" and more "blah. blah, blah..."
Because they are reasonable, sensible, and serious people...

Iran currently hosts one of the largest, if not now the largest refugee population in the world. Some peoples entire lives have been surrounded by chaos, instability and conflict.

Post #114I think the Iranian regime will be removed from power before that needs to happen. If it does need to happen I hope Trump will not hesitate to carry it out.
In the long run, Israel will NOT survive this...There should be no de-escalation, it would just be another pause in the ongoing war between Islam and the rest of the world. Israel is fighting to protect, not just it's own citizens, it's fighting to protect all of Europe and America. Isreal should accept nothing but unconditional surrender from Iran and their proxies.

I agree. It wouldn't make sense for Israel to complete only 1/3 of the goal. That would certainly be negligent.While I am somewhat ambivalent about Israel's choice to launch their attacks, now that it has happened, we would be negligent to not help Israel finish the job. It's time to try and end Iran's program now.
There seems to be a consensus that at least one rates as the most important target, Fordow. It is very deep underground complex producing Iran's uranium. Only the US has the planes and unique bomb that can reach it - although even then it may require two of them.
Here is a graphic on how it works: The massive ordinance penetrator would have to be dropped either from a B 52 or, more likely, a B-2, from Diego Garcia.

Who thinks that 5 minutes after the US or Israel launch a nuke at Iran, Russia will drop a nuke on Ukraine? Israel have obviously chosen to escalate things at this time believing that they can get Trump to go to war with them. Maybe they have promised him a new plane or that they will buy lots of Trump Coin etc? Putting the fate of the world in the hands of Trump, Netanyahu, Putin, and the Iranian leadership is so much of a worst case scenario that it is hard to believe that we have collectively been so stupid.
