Trump derides intel briefing on 'so-called' Russian hacking

Re: Trump lies about intel agencies

He is not completely stupid, but he certainly has no critical thinking skills or high intellect.
He is smart enough to know some people are willfully ignorant and he plays on that base for support.

Another one bites the dust.

Re: Trump lies about intel agencies

Sorry. Don't believe it. Trump isn't an idiot. If he was lying, he knew this info would get out. What is more likely is that the"their people" screwed it up.

If you think Trump us stupid, you are grossly under-estimating him. He probably likes that. Southerners do, after all. ;)

:agree: Great post, Maggie. I didn't vote for the man, but stupid he is NOT! This seemingly non-stop effort to "delegitimize" him - in any way possible - before he even takes the Presidential Oath of Office is striking, and it makes me wonder why, since the job is a unique "one-of-a-kind" position in our government. Every man that has held the job so far has had to learn as he goes, including career politicians who should be familiar with what it required, but didn't always seem to. The millions who voted for him aren't all stupid "deplorables," either, even though they are being painted that way, sad to say! And who really cares what Hollywood personalities think about anything? They should leave the country since they said they would if Trump won - and he did! How many have gone.... ?

I guess what I'm saying is that it is the successful people of this Country, including CEO's of large multi-national corporations, who are the ones that provide jobs for people, and I'm pleased to see that they appear to be willing to get on board and give him a chance to prove himself. If he fails, he won't be any worse than some we've had, and we've lived through those, but by God, he may be successful, and I'm willing to take that chance. Time will give us the answer!

Re: Trump lies about intel agencies

Other than the sensational headline, what about the article was full of lies and distortion?

The following excerpt from the hit piece are not true in the slightest, and is nothing but hyperbolic political BS from another fake news outlet in the liberal MSM fakosphere.

It was his latest attack on a key body he will rely on as commander in chief and again put him at odds with the agencies' unanimous conclusion that Russia hacked Democratic Party groups and individuals to interfere in the US presidential election.

This is a lie - There has not been a unanimous conclusion that Russia hacked Democratic Party Groups. The evidence is still being reviewed and no definitive conclusion has been reached. That is public record and has been stated as such.

I could go on and on, but I've come to learn those to whom these hit pieces are targeted aren't really interested in truth and accuracy.

CNN, proven to be a MSM lapdog to the DNC and liberal/socialist progressives. I'd place them with, WaPo, or any other number fake news sites created over the last year or two.

My guess is they realize they will never get any credibility back among those their dog whistles don't attract, so they are going to try and hold on to whatever audience they can get.

Re: Trump lies about intel agencies

It didn't take long for a Trump supporter to deny reality and side with the Great Tweeto.

After all the fake news, fraud, lies, and distortions coming from liberals and their MSM partners, one gets pretty good at finding the next batch of BS rather quickly.

I appreciate the recognition of that growing skill set.

You folks should encourage your propagandists to work a little harder at being less obvious.

Re: Trump lies about intel agencies

He definitely doesn't need a briefing. He can just get all his facts from Julian Assange. Or better yet, he can read his Twitter page if he ever needs to confirm his reality.

Potential future conflict brewing within the GOP. Aside from Lindsey Graham and McCain not happy about Russia and on the opposite side of trump... there's this:

Fake news from the left?

It's the right that keeps falling for fake news. Not the left. Must you try to project everything the right is guilty of?

I expect there's time for Trump to be briefed. Bear in mind that some of the people who will do this briefing may be giving their last one. After that, the FSB takes over.

Re: Trump lies about intel agencies

Yea well it seems Trump feels more aligned with the Kremlin than the US intelligence agencies.

Make Russia Great Again!

Russia did have a Golden Age, of sorts. I really, really hate to keep saying this, but it's probably wise to wait until Trump gets into office before anyone judges the nature of his relations with the Kremlin. Have you ever noticed the close association Kremlin has with Gremlin?

LOL

Pretty tough sell PowerRob when you're arguing such your point on a thread headlined by a fake news story from CNN.

Lie some more why doncha?

Re: Trump lies about intel agencies

Not sure what that link was supposed to do, however, you might start with post #55 to gain some perspective on what a lie is.

Or not...

Your load of crock in that post is just that. Parsing words to try and declare "fake news" is beyond weak. All 17 intel agencies are on board. That is unanimous. Even if it weren't exactly unanimous, being slightly wrong wouldn't be fake news. I get what you are doing. You are doing what you always do, project your flaws onto others to put them on the defense about things that are actually your flaws. The right wing folks have been proven to be incredible dupes for fake news so now you are trying to foist that image upon the left. I ain't gonna work.

The story isn't wrong. And if it were, its still not fake news. Being wrong isn't fake news. Clinton having a child sex ring in a pizza store basement... that's fake news. Although I'm sure you will intentionally not understand that.

So claiming all 17 agencies are unanimous, even if they weren't exactly unanimous, being slightly wrong, isn't a lie? And you write about projecting flaws?

I think the "doing what you always do" is a hat that only fits you PowerRob.

"I know you are but what am I?"

How very original of you. So clever. So... typical.

That's a comeback?

The "reporters" in the CNN piece lied, injected extreme hyperbole, and in the end, did little to hide the bias that infects CNN and other liberal MSM operations.

Interesting you think proving that means I'm biased.

Too funny.

I'll wait till you actually prove something. Which you have not.
