Trump blasts judge during first day of $250 million fraud trial

This talking point has grown flat. Do you have any documented evidence of a trump supporter carrying out any of these alleged threats?

Why else would this woman threaten a federal judge? Could it be she was influenced by Trump's rhetoric?

LMAO... I guess you heard that his dumbass lawyer didn't file for a jury trial.... Now that judge will be deciding the case himself....
I guess donald is not bigly smart or he would have know to check to make certain that was done.

So, so much winning. Will he ever get tired of winning?

Perhaps she's crazy. The story certainly reads as if she is.
She wouldn't have even known who this judge was if not for Trump. Crazy goes without saying. She'd deep in the Trump cult obeying her leader. Trump's the one who called the Judge crazy and racist, the prosecutor a thug and unfair.

She didn't just wake up one morning and decide to attack a DC federal judge without provocation.

May she enjoy the next 5 years of her life behind bars.

Government educated people are trained to follow instructions. They will think whatever they are told to think.
Where did i mention anything about "government educated"??
once again, one of you dishonest propaganda posts goes down in flames

She was a dumbass for expecting a judge to be unbias and to give her client a fair decision? How very telling.

That isn't evidence of someone carrying out a threat.
If the glove doesn't fit, you must acquit. But we all know OJ had those people killed.

There is no arguing/discussing anything with a devout member of the Trump cult.

Have a nice night.

Are you suggesting she intentionally didn't ask for jury trial?

let the Pig Circus begin! the "judge" ( political hack ) was smiling and shrugging -mugging for the camera
all Democratic hacks involved of course
This is a judge that should be disbarred. This is a judge that should be out of office. This is a judge that some people say could be charged criminally for what he’s doing. He’s interfering with an election, and it’s a disgrace,” Trump said in the hallway outside the courtroom, echoing similar attacks on Engoron he has launched on social media in recent weeks.

according to James, using it to commit insurance fraud, and to gain tax benefits. And Engoron’s ruling means the trial will focus in part on the punishments Trump will now face. James is asking for $250 million and a ban on Trump running businesses in the state.

James herself attended the trial Monday, sitting in the first row of spectators. Trump, wearing a navy suit and bright blue tie, walked directly in front of James as he entered the courtroom, but didn’t look at her or interact with her.

Central to the attorney general’s case is witness Michael Cohen, (convicted criminal)
n their opening statements, lawyers for Trump and the other defendants seized on the mention of Cohen, repeatedly referring to him as a liar and a convicted felon.

“He’s lied to courts, he’s lied to Congress, he’s lied to everyone and anyone he’s come into contact with,” said Trump attorney Chris Kise.

Another defense attorney, Alina Habba, told the judge — in somewhat exaggerated delivery — that Trump and the others had, in fact, undervalued their properties and were being sued for standard business practices.

“We are attacking a sitting president and two of his children and his employees for a statement of financial condition that is frankly worth less than what they are worth,” Habba said.

“The value is what someone is willing to pay,” she told the court. “The Trump properties are Mona Lisa properties,” she said.

Referencing one of Trump’s properties, she told the court: “I assure you, there is a person out there who would buy that property for over a billion dollars. That is not fraud, that is real estate.”

Before entering the courtroom Monday morning, Trump told reporters, “Everything was perfect. There was no crime.” He also lashed out at James, calling her “racist” and “a horror show who ran on the basis she would get Trump before she even knew anything about me.”

I never thought Alina Yabba-dabba-do was a real lawyer. I thought she just played one on TV and that Trump just wanted to bang her.

He's out on bail in four other cases. Bail rules apply everywhere. You cannot commit a crime or violate the terms of your court-imposed bail.

Making comments about some other case has nothing to do with “bail rules”.

It's sure does if those comments violate his terms of bail. As I said, the judges in Trump's cases are going easy on him. You should be thrilled.

What are ”his terms of bail”?
Good lord. He's on bail in four different jurisdictions. Look em up. Don't expect me to do all the leg work. It has been speculated by many different attorneys that he has violated his bail terms on more than one occasion.

I would start with the transcripts of all his arraignments. You'll find the bail requirements in those transcripts.

Jack Smith just filed a second request with the court to gag his ass for intimidating witnesses. Trump has crossed the line many times.

You made the claim.

There are no charges. This is a civil trial.
Um...there are charges..they just aren't different charges.

Doesn't matter. Trump will be kicked out of new York and his properties will be sold off..

It's everything Trump deserves
