These findings here pretty much confirm that the body was not moved from another location:

Dr. Lee examined the photographs and reported that "[h]igh velocity impact type blood spatters were observed on Mr. Foster's face, hands, and shirt." Dr. Lee stated that "[t]his type of blood spatter typically is produced at the time when a weapon is discharged and the spatters result from the backspatter of the gunshot wound." Dr. Lee reported that "[t]hese blood spatters are intact and no signs of alteration or smudging were observed." This finding is in conflict with any theory that the fatal shot was fired elsewhere and the head wrapped during movement or cleaned upon arrival -- because those actions likely would have altered, smudged, or eliminated the blood spatters, contrary to what Dr. Lee found.

Dr. Lee noted that Dr. Beyer had "observed a large amount of liquid blood in the body bag and in Mr. Foster's body," which "further indicates that the location where the body was found is consistent with the primary scene [and that it] is, therefore, unlikely that Mr. Foster's body was moved to the Fort Marcy Park scene from another location."

The shirt itself, which was removed at the autopsy after movement of the body to the morgue, contains bloodstains on areas where blood does not appear in the photographs of the body at the scene. Dr. Lee stated that these stains on the shirt "most likely occurred when the body was placed into the body bag and moved from the scene and/or when in the body bag, prior to the collection of the decedent's clothing." As noted below, the experts concluded that the shirt likely would have been more extensively stained when the body was found at the second cannon area at Fort Marcy Park had the body been moved from another location.

Simple question: If the federal tax codes allowed you to pay no federal income tax, would you file and then send a check to the Treasury for the amount you feel you should have paid?

Blame Congress if you don't like the tax code. Said this in another thread, seems of the two candidates for President only one has Congressional experience. Maybe a good question to ask Clinton is why she didn't fix the tax code back when she was in Congress.

I also have no objections to Congress closing loop holes and simplifying the tax code. It is way over due. I also do not object to anyone who follows the tax laws and files a legal return.

There are some who have blasted Trump for not paying federal tax in certain years. They say he can't be supporting the military or other programs because of it. Seems that about 45% of Americans pay no federal income tax and that 45% is not all rich. Guess 45% of Americans don't support the military either.

I am not a Trump support nor a Hillary supporter. imo, the outrage should be with Congress. Not with someone who follows the laws.

"I think the Clintons are so separated from regular people, they can't quite connect," Jason Miller, a top spokesman for Trump, argued on Fox News's "The Kelly File" on Wednesday.

"How do you go from not being able to pay either of your mortgages when you leave the White House to being worth a couple hundred million dollars without ever doing so much as billing an hour of legal work or producing anything or winning Powerball or anything else?" he said.
