Trump administration 'looking at' suspending habeas corpus, Stephen Miller says (1 Viewer)

Totally understood, but I'm more focused on making sure all the SHEEP stop getting gaslighted and manipulated by the 24/7 Propaganda...
Yeah sometimes you have to scream in their faces to break the programming
They are becoming a Threat to America, because they are supporting Treasonous Fascist , but are under the illusion that they are trying to be the good guys!

The fact someone can spam a thread with bad faith arguments and clear baiting and suffer no consequences is pretty ridiculous. I gotta mute my own thread I started because of it.

This can’t even be considered a discussion at this point because it’s multiple people talking to a brick wall that has no concept of reality and refuses to accept facts.

What the judge is saying in his order reveals to the rest of us that Abrego-Garcia is not a gang member, but a gang victim.
Because the gang he tried to join wants to kill him. Most people that are victims of gangs are also members.

That's why I said it wasn't mutually exclusive but you bleated your regugitated talking point like it wasn't completely braindead.

This is why everything you claim is not believed.
And, yes, it's important a judge is saying it because a judge has credibility.
Or they are an activist piece of shit.

That's sums up MAGA quite accurately.

There's no part of the Constitution that says illegal aliens have the right to be here. And imaginary due process you invent doesn't exist

Well the first word I used was citizens so you skipped entire sentences. Do you make it a habit of emotionally responding without reading?

Donald Trump's duty is to deport illegal aliens that was his primary campaign promise.

The brain dead drivel I deleted I already responded to. Repeating it won't make my response any different.
I never said illegal aliens had a right to be here. I said there is a process that has to be followed to deport them. Saying there isn't doesn't make it so. I know a lot of 2-3 year-olds who use that technique. Maybe I was mistaken thinking we were having an adult conversation.

The "brain dead [sic] drivel" you deleted is part of our constitution, so now we know how you feel about the Constitution. I think you're threatened by immigrants because they understand our laws better than you do.

Yes it does. Trump's order as executive supercedes judges.
Do you realize you are asserting one utter falsehood after another? This is ridiculous. Your shit is polluting this thread. Are you trying to divert attention from Trump's "consideration" of suspending habeas corpus? I hope you realize what that means, and just how hitler-esque that really is.

I never said illegal aliens had a right to be here.
So it's imperative they be deported regardless of criminal behavior.

Thank you Trump for being the first president in recent years that isn't so derelict it boarders on treason.
I said there is a process that has to be followed to deport them.
Prove that it wasn't. Remember I asked you that and you completely ignored it?

I'll return the favor by ignoring and deleting the rest of your crap. And before you get that bee in your bonnet I'm just giving what I get.

Do you realize you are asserting one utter falsehood after another?
Opinion noted.

Prove that it wasn't. Remember I asked you that and you completely ignored it?

1. More Than Half of Deportations Had No Criminal Record but were renditioned to an El Salvador prison without due process

Government reports confirm that a significant portion of deported individuals had no criminal record. These sources provide direct government data:

- ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Statistics: Official ICE deportation numbers, arrests, and removals.
- DHS Immigration Enforcement Reports: Monthly deportation statistics showing deportations of individuals without criminal backgrounds.
- USCIS Deportation Records Archive: Historical records, highlighting due process concerns in removals.

These records confirm that deportations often target individuals with no history of criminal activity, contradicting the claim that removals focus solely on criminals.

---

2. Deportations Often Occur Without Due Process or Legal Hearings

Many deportations happen without a proper hearing, violating constitutional due process protections:

- ICE Online Detainee Locator: Tracks detainees and deportations, documenting removals lacking legal review.
- DHS Monthly Reports: Shows instances where deportations occurred without formal court hearings.
- USCIS Deportation Records: Historical data showing deportations where individuals did not receive legal representation or hearings.

These sources confirm that many deportations occur outside of established legal procedures, leading to wrongful removals.

Prove that it wasn't. Remember I asked you that and you completely ignored it?
They weren't being sentenced to any penalty just returned home
➡ An El Salvador prison is the home for Venezuelans with no criminal record?

Right to a Hearing - On what grounds?
➡ Because the Fourteenth Amendment protects "any person" from being deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process. Deportation affects liberty, meaning legal procedures must be followed. Also because the Fourteenth Amendment provides equal protections of the laws due to all people in the US.

Prove they didn't get all the process due.

Round and round you go you must think your time is worthless.

And imaginary due process you invent doesn't exist

We don't have to invent it. It's in the Constitution. And the Courts have reaffirmed it applies to illegal immigrations for about 130 years. And the Supreme Court recently ruled on it.

Trump is not smarter than 237 years of American law, and neither are you.

You are wholly ignorant about this topic, despite all the people who've worked so hard to give you accurate information you refuse to accept.

No, you responded to it out of context. This is in direct response to your dishonest claim that you asked me to provide proof and I completely ignored it.
I asked you for a list of citizens and legal aliens that were deported and you have me a list of illegal alien gang members.

Trump is cleaning up Democrat treachery. That's why he won every swing state.

178 of those names were not gang members and had committed no crime. It said so in the immigration investigation reports ICE provided. Did you read them? I gave you links to them.

Prove they didn't get all the process due.

Round and round you go you must think your time is worthless.

I already did Clax, right here:

I already proved it.

I went point by point through the Supreme Court ruling.

I described precisely how due process wasn't properly applied.

You ignored it because you don't give a shit about the truth.

Proven in the ICE immigration investigation reports I linked earlier directly from ICE. You can go read them to verify. You won't, but you can.

You have almost negative credibility with me. Your word is meaningless.

They were illegal aliens that's all you need to deport them.

Why is that so difficult for you to understand?
The 5th amendment affords ALL (citizen, non citizen, visitor) the right of due process. If you are in the jurisdiction of the US, you are entitled to have your rights defended. There is zero issue here...

Yes all illegal aliens can be deported. I'd say they should be.
Yes, but they have the right to have their objections heard, and their legal recourse exhausted BEFORE they can be deported.. That is what due process is....

Yes it does. Trump's order as executive supercedes judges.

So you believe all judges outrank the executive. That's asinine.

This two things aren't mutually exclusive

So?

Judges don't outrank the president.
Correct. Judges do not outrank the president, but the rule of law outranks the president. Judges are the experts on the law.

When a court is petitioned that the president has exceeded his authority, the judge rules on the proposition. If the President exceeded his authority or acted outside the law and a judge determines such then the President must stand down. Of course, our system provides the POTUS the right of appeal, but the burden of proof shifts to him and he must stay inside the bounds of the law until the appeal is litigated. That is the way our system is suppose to work.

judicial activism should be ignored. Good for Trump.
