I want to correct you there, beefheart. The hatred held in the hearts of those who have swallowed The Big Lie doctrine is not for America. They love America...that is, a strange highly-romanticized, idealized America that exists in their mind but may never have in reality. They hate "the Left" and Democrats. They hate Democrats the same way Holocaust Deniers hate Jews. They hate them so much that they are willing to cut through our laws, our institutions, and our traditions in order to deny Democrats one iota of legitimacy because they have been convinced that the Democrats are an existential threat to them and their way of life. And thus they are burning everything around them.

I do not know if you watched the hearing or not but I did. I even went back to double check myself. He unequivocally states that the drive was deleted and he had to recover the data. I will post a link to the hearing and if you go to the 55:30 mark in the video you can hear it for yourself. What is being reported in the media is an outright lie. It is such an egregious misrepresentation that I cant even consider it an innocent mistake. They are lying about what the man said.
I dont care about any of their opinions including yours. The problem with the elections is the lack of a chain of custody. If you trace the vote back to the source of where it was cast there is a problem. It has nothing to do with who won or lost for me. The integrity of our system is compromised and it has been for a long time. I dont care if we are finally getting things examined and reformed because of some sore losers or if Democrats did cheat and are going to be exposed. I want our election process to be secure.

There should be an unbroken chain of custody for every vote cast and you should be able to randomly spot check votes that can all be verified. If you we can't, we have a problem. It's not difficult to create chains of custody so the question is why don't they exist?
