When someone quotes you it does not always mean he or she is offering an opposing view.
Sometimes we are just adding to what you said or giving newer info.
In the past I quoted your post and then posted an agreement with an article that supported what you posted and you though I was trying to disagree or something.

Then on this thread I posted some facts and you thought I was making an argument in support of abortion.

If someone tries to rob a bank and they get shot after threatening others, hurting others, and / or trying to abscond with other people's property, the person responsible for that death is... the bank robber. The aggressor is responsible for that situation, and we don't much fuss over their death.

Likewise, when someone hires a contract killer, they've already confirmed they're not fit to be part of human society anymore and that they belong in prison for the rest of their life.
