Tim Walz

lol, this ad is truly bizarre. Why do Republicans think I want to watch this poor man trying to poop? I think Trump needs to hire better ad writers.
Well, Walz is from Minnesota....ya know, Minnesota.... that IS where the airport bathroom was located where Senator Larry Craig, Republican, was arrested for his "wide stance" on the pooper.

Not sure I see what Walz brings to the ticket. Nice guy and all but we already had MN and we desperately need PA.
If you look up "looney leftist" in the dictionary you'll see Walz' picture.

Hubert Humpfrey was a great guy too but that didn't get him elected.I think they way smarter move would have been Shapiro.

No. He wasn't.

Humphrey was a toad who used to get kicked in the ass by Johnson for fun. He was a tyrant to work for...his workers tanked his own campaign they hated him so much

He has the best qualities of any possible candidate...

he NOT J.D. Vance.

Reminds me, I've been meaning to sell that spare couch

No there's headline that flashed around the world!

So being from a state that has airports with bathrooms is relevant to the election how....?

Besides that, it would be redundant. Harris MARRIED a Jew, for cryin' out loud.

She picked a school teacher, a football coach, an Army veteran who likes to hunt with guns, and an experienced politician who knows his way around the U.S. Capitol as well as his state capitol as governor. He likes to feed hungry students, embraces the LGBTQ community, and he's married with two children.

Trumpsters are going to have to dig deep on this guy, or just make some shit up.

That's actually step one...THEN they start inventing shit

Here is the real Tim Walz...

Key Points from the Letter:
  • Reenlistment and Academy Enrollment: Tim Walz reenlisted in the Minnesota Army National Guard on September 18, 2001, committing to a six-year term. He was selected to attend the prestigious United States Army Sergeants Major Academy but failed to complete the course, which comes with specific obligations.
  • Deployment and Promotion: In late summer 2003, Walz deployed with the 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion to Italy for Operation Enduring Freedom. Upon returning to Minnesota in 2004, he was conditionally promoted to Command Sergeant Major but did not meet the conditions required for that promotion.
  • Quitting Before Deployment: In early 2005, as his unit prepared for mobilization to Iraq, Walz abruptly quit, leaving his fellow soldiers without leadership. His rationale—claiming he needed to retire to run for Congress—has been challenged by the retired sergeants major, who argue he could have sought permission to run while remaining in service.
  • Misrepresentation of Service: The letter highlights discrepancies in Walz’s statements about his military tenure. While he claims to be the highest-ranking enlisted service member ever to serve in Congress, critics point out that he was only conditionally promoted and subsequently reduced in rank due to his departure from the academy.

September 18, 2001: Tim Walz reenlisted in the Minnesota Army National Guard for six years.
  1. Early 2003: Selected to attend the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy.
  2. Late Summer 2003: Deployed with the 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion to Italy for six months in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
  3. Spring 2004: Returned to Minnesota and selected as Command Sergeant Major of the 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion.
  4. August 5, 2004: Photographed at a protest outside a President Bush campaign rally.
  5. September 17, 2004: Conditionally promoted to Command Sergeant Major.
  6. Early 2005: Battalion received warning order for mobilization to Iraq.
  7. May 16, 2005: Walz retired, leaving his battalion without its senior Non-Commissioned Officer as they prepared for deployment.
  8. September 10, 2005: Reduced to Master Sergeant as he failed to meet the conditions of his promotion and dropped out of the academy.
  9. November 2005: Offered to fundraise for his battalion’s Christmas trip while they trained for deployment.
  10. 2006-2007: Battalion deployed for 22 months. Walz elected to the House of Representatives in November 2006, claiming to be the highest-ranking enlisted service member ever to serve in Congress.
  11. November 1, 2006: Tom Hagen, Iraq War Veteran, wrote a critical letter to the editor of the Winona Daily News about Walz abandoning his unit. “Here are a couple of sentences from the letter: But even more disturbing is the fact that Walz quickly retired after learning that his unit -southern Minnesota’s 1-125 FA Battalion – would be sent to Iraq. For Tim Walz to abandon his fellow soldiers and quit when they needed experienced leadership most is disheartening.”
  12. Walz’s Response: Claimed he reenlisted for four years and retired a year before his battalion’s deployment, despite official records showing a six-year reenlistment and retirement before the end of this period.

Stolen valor is mild compared to this guy's actions.

Not sure I see what Walz brings to the ticket. Nice guy and all but we already had MN and we desperately need PA.
Young people like him, he speaks like an everyman, which will work well with working class voters.

Did they burn white and black owned businesses and cause 2 billion in damage?
BLM didn't do that, rioters who invaded their protests did. BLM asked for police protection from these invaders. The majority of BLM protests were peaceful. They denounce any and all violence that occurred. Trump and MAGA on the other hand do not, they've doubled down, and are running on freeing those who've caused over 2 million in damages. So...

As of October 14, 2022, the approximate losses suffered as a result of the siege at the Capitol totaled $2,881,360.20. That amount reflects, among other things, damage to the Capitol building and grounds and certain costs borne by the U.S. Capitol Police.
Criminal charges:

  • Approximately 452 defendants have been charged with assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers or employees, including approximately 123 individuals who have been charged with using a deadly or dangerous weapon or causing serious bodily injury to an officer.
    • Approximately 140 police officers were assaulted on Jan. 6 at the Capitol, including about 80 from the U.S. Capitol Police and about 60 from the Metropolitan Police Department.
  • Approximately 11 individuals have been arrested on a series of charges that relate to assaulting a member of the media, or destroying their equipment, on Jan. 6.
  • Approximately 1,186 defendants have been charged with entering or remaining in a restricted federal building or grounds. Of those, 116 defendants have been charged with entering a restricted area with a dangerous or deadly weapon.
  • Approximately 71 defendants have been charged with destruction of government property, and approximately 56 defendants have been charged with theft of government property.
  • More than 332 defendants have been charged with corruptly obstructing, influencing, or impeding an official proceeding, or attempting to do so.
  • Approximately 57 defendants have been charged with conspiracy, either: (a) conspiracy to obstruct a congressional proceeding, (b) conspiracy to obstruct law enforcement during a civil disorder, (c) conspiracy to injure an officer, or (d) some combination of the three.

People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones...

Just learned that Tampon Tim is the guy who signed the bill which requires tampons in boys bathroom. Lol. Good job, Kamala.

They appear to be trying out the 'Minneapolis burning' and 'he's gonna groom yer kids!' lines.
Yeah, they were thwarted from using anti jew or anti gay rhetoric! They're trying to think on their feet, so far it's a fail!

Tim Walz is a people's man. He represents what all of us should be (moral, ethical, principled, and humane).

He is someone that is here to help us and not just help himself. He is unselfish, giving, and thoughtful of others and will do his best for this country. He will be a very good VP

55 Things to Know About Tim Walz, Kamala Harris’ Pick for VP

The governor of Minnesota had a career in the National Guard and as a high school teacher before he got into politics in the early 2000s.

Cute, but if you're going to run on cute, you'll lose. Feel free, you'd win if America was a 1st grade classroom!

Shapiro is Jewish. With Kamala's husband being jewish as well that might have made the ticket a little too semitic. I know that may sound crazy but there is a lot of latent anti-semitism in this country.

Stolen valor is mild compared to this guy's actions.

Skeptical that he knew a year in advance that his squad was going to be sent to Iraq.

This won't play well anywhere but on college campuses and in the extreme far left states. We are sick of riots for Hamas and over one black guy being killed by a cop.

"Burn baby BURN" bumper stickers for sale to all leftists.

Seems Trumps trying to use this same spiel. It gets the same laughter.

Big difference here.

Harris failed her first test, unsurprisingly. She didn't pick the best guy because he was Jewish. She ends up picking the far let guy who amplifies her own far leftism. Dumb. But no one has ever accused her of being smart.
This was the best VP pick ever for the Republicans.

We will; do it in this case too and people can call it racism all they want. He allowed the city to burn, and she bailed them out cause they were black.

Burn, baby BURN is the new slogan of the Dems. Duh Duh, Da da. Da da Da. The Joker song as he stands on the burning police car.
Well this is in my den over the fireplace.
