The proof you have is a video that doesn't show a collision but DOES have a narrator that says the collision happened after the vehicles passed the security camera. So we don't ACTUALLY have video available that proves ICE was lying but we DO have a lawyer for the defense that SAYS there's such video. The video we do have (from the link in the Tweet) does show several vehicles crowding the ICE vehicle and even shows the vehicle they say Martinez was driving on the oncoming traffic side of the road as she's harassing the ICE vehicle.

OK, in liberal land that's GOT to be enough to prove that ICE is lying and chose to just shoot a woman that was minding her own business. In the REAL world it doesn't lead to that conclusion but we seem to have left the real world behind in late 2016.
