This morning Trump declared defacto martial law because of one broken windshield, do you support it?

Do you support martial law?

They are.
They aren't.

Haven't you seen the videos? The burning? The attacking ICE with rocks and explosives? There's no California law enforcement to be seen.

Are you suggesting the protestors have no right to protest?
No.

He’s doing this in your name: you, plural, his supporters.

He’s not doing this to protect us, the people who actually live here who insist that we don’t need him to round up and prosecute our neighbors because they didn’t fill out some paperwork or whatever bureaucratic crime they’re accused of.
The law applies to everyone.

Trump is doing this for everyone.

You expect me to not care when Trump hurts my country?
Oh, I'm sure you care...a little TOO much.

He now is following through on what he said before the election, that he would turn the military against his political opponents. Do you support it, yes or no?
It's a shame this quick reaction wasn't witnessed when another Federal building was attacked by a mob intending to prevent the government representatives carry out their job.

DoD memorandum said:
To the extent that protests or acts of violence directly inhibit the execution of the laws, they constitute a form of rebellion against the authority of the Government of the United States.

In light of these incidents and credible threats of continued violence, by the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby call into Federal service members and units of the National Guard under 10 U.S.C. 12406 to temporarily protect ICE and other United States Government personnel who are performing Federal functions, including the enforcement of Federal law, and to protect Federal property, at locations where protests against these functions are occurring or are likely to occur based on current threat assessments and planned operations.

This is all propaganda. The protests are over, everyone went home a long time ago. Fox News is showing footage of the same one burning car from 5 different angles. There’s a broken windshield that was hit by protestors, otherwise it wasn’t much of anything. A few hundred people that the LAPD easily managed.

Why do you think you know better than the people who live here?

LOL!!

Really?

This is what happened just today.

btw, it looks like the LAPD FINALLY got shamed into doing their jobs today.

It’s 6:30PM in California. Your own source said it wasn’t a riot. The LAPD took care of it by themselves, which of course they did.

So, you think anyone is going to simmer this down before it turns into a full blown bloodbath, or nah? Like, how does America turn down the heat here?

Yes. I've seen the news. This picture is from today.

The riots have been happening since Friday. TODAY...the LAPD finally shows up, and only after Trump shamed Newsom and Bass into doing their jobs by deploying Newsom's National Guard.

Just because the LAPD won't call it a riot, when the protesters start throwing rocks at the police...that's a riot.

The LAPD responded prior to today as well.

Reuters article said:
Helmeted police in riot gear turned out on Friday evening in a tense confrontation with protesters in downtown Los Angeles, after a day of federal immigration raids in which dozens of people across the city were reported to be taken into custody.

We already have ICE to handle immigration and local police to manage civilian protests. Are you really so scared of immigrants and protests that you feel an immediate need to deploy the military against fellow Americans for having different political beliefs?
When you have thousands protesting, things can get out of hand quickly. The reason to have the National Guard there is to protect the ICE agents because you know eventually someone is going to get hurt.

How long does Trump need to wait before using the NG? Until LA is on fire? Until someone is killed?

Silly question. What happens when you run out of troops?

There is no such thing as “martial law” in the US. The constitution is the only law of the land. There is no mechanism for which “martial lawl can be declared or implemented.
Martial Law has been declared many times in the US.

Lol

I'll withhold my opinion when the NG starts kneecapping protestors.

Trump is the one inciting the violence. All Trump needs to do is stop inciting violence and let law enforcement do their job.

I know, holy shit...look at the mess on Jan 6.

I do wish LE had been given orders to really engage the violent mob, and that the national guard had been called in...protected our Capitol, the beaten cops, the threats to Congress and our electoral system. Dont you?

Trump is doing this to cause riots.

Why do you think he is doing this in the middle of Los Angeles where he was able to stir up all this trouble and find only a handful of undocumented workers?

If it was really about deporting as many people as possible without causing unrest ICE would be out on farms in rural areas where there are far more undocumented workers to be found quickly than there are in a donut shop in LA and it would also be far less likely to cause riots.

As usual, Republicans have been conned with a shiny object.

Oh, I'm sure you care...a little TOO much.

I think you should look up the definition of terms before you start tossing them around. You can start with "martial law".
I agree the poster described the destination rather than our current location. We aren't there yet, but the road is clear and dry, Trump is at the wheel and his direction is true. What is happening in LA is all part of his plan.

"his plan"???

Seriously?

You think Trump WANTS these riots? You think Trump WANTS the city to burn?

SMH

These are the retards that supported people pointing weapons at LEO over not paying their grazing fees and of course, downplaying and supporting J6 rioters and their pardons.
