I was wondering how anyone would find out.

If you read the article though, it just was a senator trolling.

Car insurance rates slashed by half?

"Freedom cities?"
"Baby bonuses?"
China held "financially" responsible for COVID?

Banned vaccines that cause autism?

I would hope people would be intelligent enough to realize that this bill is just a deliberate PARODY, not intended to become actual law.

Well, that's been Roman Catholic doctrine for ages. Masturbation is a sin as sex is only for sexual intercourse which might produce a child. That is also the reason the Catholic church prohibits the use of contraceptives. Which so many Catholics don't follow. What a bunch of sinners! As the Monty Python song goes, "Every sperm is sacred."
 
Fortunately I'm not catholic. I notice they continue to close schools.
