No need to actually think for ourselves about how likely it is that an FBI with a Trump-appointed director would illegally abuse the power of the FBI raid the residence of a former President of the United States of America on a whim merely in order to "benefit Democrats."

If you put on your thinking cap, you'd realize just how silly this Fox News conspiratorial narrative of Trump being a victim of the "deep state" really is.

I really don't think Trump could be as effective a POTUS as I'd like with the level of insanity that exists in the opposition.

There are multiple fine GOP candidates.

In this case it is stronger than that. Going through files looking for specific documents allows a lot of unrelated documents to be viewed. djt should have simply given back all the stuff the archives demanded.

Perhaps but virtually everything the president touches while in office is classified, unless the take the steps to declassify while still president.
So I don't think they were looking for anything specific in the documents. Merely, did it come from the WH and was not declassified?
