Yes, and if you are an American citizen, you have the right to breaks and all kinds of regulations to protect you. illegal immigrants don't.
Now, I am not saying to deport them all but there are some points about employers taking full advantage of not having to apply laws and regulations to illegal workers, including wages and safe conditions. Which is why I think it makes more sense to try and push immigration reform and allow a path to citizenship to workers, such as these farm workers. But that's a pipe dream and we all know it.
