This was my hope post 2020, that Trump backed candidates would take a spanking, loosening his control of the GOP in 2022.

I believe it will take another election cycle of losses for the GOP to come to there senses.

I saw him as a danger to the nation and democracy of monumental proportions. Now I am wondering if he will be a danger to the GOP of monumental proportions. Maybe I should hope he keeps on yabbering. I doubt we have seen the democratic so unified, since FDR was in office.

maybe i've neem researching trends with independent statstical analysis, but don't see last night as a good showing for the democrats. To start. after not watching cable news for months i hear that "Republicans win midterms with democrats in control" and BRAIN EXPLODES

So the historical success of MAGA which abandoned rural voters, black voters, all minorities. Actually everybody except pissed off ignorant small town voters who are white and christian + very wealthy people who know the gop will work for them. That is a new party. That's why florida was the epicenter of politics in 2000 and now is abandoned. FLORIDA was the state that the party who wants to END SOCIAL SECURITY crushed it. Desantis claimed he was a deity and won easily. Hispanics came out for republicans which SUCKS

here's a trend: when too much money is held by ultra elite individuals and the middle class is dying people vote for progressives. There's hundreds of years with that trend and Trump bucked it. Why?
