The resentful anti-Palin crowd is mostly based on social status. She didn’t come from the right suburbs or attend the right schools, she’s little Miss Nobody, from Nowhere, USA.

What’s interesting is how comparatively silent the black Democrats has been about Palin. This can be explained in that blacks know damned well what a lynch mob is when they see and hear it, and want no part of it.

OK, I think what many people don’t like about Sarah Palin is her tendency to oh so subtly emphasize race — as in her celebration of a largely white anti-government Alaskan culture. That isolation makes her especially inept anytime she must deal with the multicultural, multiracial reality of the lower 48 states. Do we remember in the campaign when she said of Obama — “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man”? Excuse me, that gem was from Senate veteran, eastern-seaboarder, and now Vice President Joe Biden.

Well, what I meant to quote was Palin’s ridiculous description of Obama as a “light-skinned African American,” one “with no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one.” OK, sorry again, that was the work of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.

LOLZ Palin does not scare anyone. She came off as quite unintelligent during the '08 campaign, I seriously doubt that she will even be considered as a candidate for 2012.

I laughed at 'middle-class'. She has a multi-million dollar contrac with fox and has tons of money from her reality show and books.
Most in statistical terms is >50% and 'most' Americans actually have a negative opinion of her so I doubt they enjoy listening to her. Watching her, I don't doubt.

She got a bachelor's after dropping out of 3 different colleges. I don't know about you, but I generally found the communications dept. was the where everyone went after they realized they couldn't do math, science, history, english (and all other legitimate majors). I once took a communications class and the final was getting a book from the top shelf of a bookcase. You were given a chair. Those who pushed the chair to the bookcase and pulled the book out got A's, those who threw the chair at the bookcase in fright got B's and those who said "what's a book" got C's.

i was in love weith a girl who recieved a B.A. in communications from UCLA at about the same time. she was beautiful... far prettier than m. Palin (though she never cudda filled out that busty top).

she was very bright and I always thought it a shame that she satisfied herself with such an incredibly lightweight major.... fluff.

still, she makes a bundle now, as a VP of a major national advertising firm... and i ... well... we won't go there.
