mRNA technology was first discovered in the 1960s and has since been refined.
Your reference, the 'international bio-ethics treaties', deals with the Nazi war crimes trial of 1949.

While driving about, I got caught in several vaccine stop-points and was forcibly vaccinated each time but didn't have to pay a dime which is very fortunate, and while I haven't yet caught the China virus <bp knocks on wood>, I think my punctilious use of Ivermectin suppositories that I have since had to discontinue on account of health issues not associated with covid may very well have much to do with my good luck much better than some vaccine.
