He can be both inept and have a desire to be a dictator. They are not mutually exclusive of one another.I love how, on one hand, Trump’s a wannabe dictator who wants autonomous control over the US, but on the other hand, he a bad president because hasn’t done enough to take control over state’s responses to the virus, rioting and now, wildfires.
If y’all could make up your mind....

Either is possible. Other things are possible as well.Oooooorrrrrrrrr he doesn’t actually have that desire and it’s just more BS made up about him.
Trump is a wannabe dictator. He doesn't want to govern he wants to dictate.

He’s had a couple golden opportunities to “dictate” but hasn’t used them.

Can anyone provide any evidence that Trump's plan is to become a dictator? Please leave your favorite search engine out of it. Would love to hear some original thoughts on how this shall come to pass.
And then we have nonsense like this OP, where he trots out some psychobabble to justify badmouthing the President.
It would all be very entertaining if it wasn't old stuff. We've been hearing this crap for more than four years, now. It's boring as hell.

It’s amusing how they believe every single allegation against him, like nobody who says anything against him could possibly lie or exaggerate or make a mistake, even people they thought were terrible people until they trashed Trump. I see this same thing in the CT forum. Anyone prone to believe conspiracy theories tends to believe them all, even if they’re totally unrelated.
Evidence can only be found when something is actually done. Showing evidence that his "plan" is to become a dictator can only be done by studying his words and actions and then interpreting them............much like all people do normally, if and when they have any idea of what some actions mean.
For example, if you see a big person beating up a small person, the first thing that comes to mind is that he is a bully. Is that too difficult for you to do?
So you're saying he's not actually done anything but you believe that he wants to? There's a word for that....
And your example is citing something that someone is actually doing that you can interpret providing there's no additional input. Of course you may have missed that the small person was trying to abduct the big guy's daughter. But okay.

You mean to tell me that his comment about wanting to be president-for-life like Xi, meant nothing?
Or his comment about his love for Kim Jong-Un who has killed hundreds of thousands of his own people, mean nothing, or his respect and praise for Putin ruling Russia with an iron hand is meaningless, right? He was just joking, right?
Or perhaps his tossing aside Kashoggi's ordered execution by Crown Prince Bin Salam was also a joke, am I correct. Oh, but of course we should not judge him for his actions in ordering children to be separated from their mothers without keeping track of where they were sent so they could be reunited in the future is meaningless and does not show his loving and kind character, am I right.
No, no, we should not judge Trump by his words and actions/ We need to totally wait for him to actually officially declare himself a dictator before we judge him wrongly.
Oh for heavens sake, anyone reading those comments he made at the luncheon would know it's meant as a joke. As far as foreign dictators go, the U.S. has a long history of loving them when it aligns with our interests and withdrawing that love when it doesn't. Trump certainly didn't invent that.
But kudos, you managed to hit most of the left's talking points in one post.
Let me ask you a question, what was your opinion of Trump on Nov 9, 2016?
I guess you are calling Trump a liar with this post of yours. He has stated in the past that he never jokes. I guess, that is just one more joke among all the others, right? He jokes about everything. We have a comedian as president.
Trump has made jokes since the primaries because it drives people crazy. What's new? Still would love to know your opinion on election night if you're willing to share.
Look, let me clarify something before I answer you (and I will answer). I do know what you are trying to do, but it means nothing because this is the truth.
I was not born with a silver spoon in my mouth and did not have help from my father or friends. Everything I have accomplished has been through my own efforts and brain. I have made the money I have by being an analyst and a trader in the stocks market, as well as a very successful salesman. I say this, because the stock market cares not one single iota about what you think. It is going to do what it is going to do and you better know your facts, knows the truths and know what everything means because if you don't, you will be economically destroyed. For the past 13 years and since I have had a service that I offer to the public and where the results of my recommendations are public (simply stated, I can't lie about them). I have been successful trading.
As such, I have learned to evaluate everything and everything through facts, data, figures, and common sense. I say this to prove that my mind is not set up to be biased about anything. My mind is set up to consider everything associated that improves my probabilities of winning and not losing and I have been successful every year during the past 13 years with the exception of 2 years where I showed a net loss at the end of the year. Fortunately those 2 net loss years were small losses and the 11 years that I was profitable have made me enjoy a better than 50% average return on my investments during this period of time.
Having said that, let me answer your question.
I was negative on Trump before he became president. My family lives in New York and several of my uncles have has some experience with Trump and all negative experiences. In addition, I read a lot and read up on Trump's history (his 6 bankruptcies and 7 failed businesses). I also read up on this ties to the mob through his tutor (Roy Cohn) and his relationship (that lasted 7 years from 2001-2008) with the Bayrock Group, a Russian mafia backed company. I am also a great studier of people given that I was a very successful salesman since 1968 (top or near the top of all companies I worked for) and was taught to study human nature so that I could be more successful in selling.
Having done all of this, my opinion of what kind of a president Trump was going to be was that he would be a bad president. Since then, every single one of my evaluations of the man has been correct. There has not been one single time that I have been wrong in thinking what Trump was going to do in a situation.
Right now, I am more convinced of Trump's incompetence, corruption and sociopathic behavior than I was in 2016.
There, I have answered your question. Now, you will accuse me of being biased and not giving him a chance, right?
Wrong. He has confirmed everything negative I ever thought of him, much like many of my trades that I evaluated before doing them turned out to be correct.
