Fox News should take her to the side and let her know that Dominion doesn’t **** around with slanderous comments.
Amazing to me how little political intelligence it takes to attain a Seat in the House of Representatives.
MTG, took the word as gospel of an anonymous person who heard it from an anonymous person that a Voting Machine in her county in Georgia had allegedly switched votes for an anonymous early voter.
But all was good because the alleged switched votes were caught before the Ballot was cast and the alleged mistake was corrected, and all went on their merry way.
More than likely, yes I speculate (based on experience and previous investigations findings) what happened was operator error.
While Dominion et al Touch Screen Voting Machines are a boon over paper and ink pen marking of ballots there remains an issue of fumbled fingered Electors who make mistakes touching the screens as they should.
But, luckily, the system in Georgia is pretty fool proof.
Moron proof, perhaps not so much.
Before Electors select the option to print their ballot they get the opportunity to review each selection, if they are satisfied then they send their ballot data to the printer.
But before an electors printed paper ballot gets scanned the elector gets every opportunity to review each selection for accuracy then if it is good they can scan the ballot into the ballot tabulator where it is recorded and the ballot deposited in the ballot collection box.
If the elector see any discrepancy on their printed ballot they take it back to the check in desk where they will have that printed ballot "spoiled" and the elector will receive an new ballot access card and they will go to the next available machine and vote a new ballot.
It was discovered that some supposed "flipped" choices on earlier touch screen machines were the result of folks not properly touching the screen or not properly following on screen instructions. I even witnessed that back in Illinois when I observed several folks having problems because they were wresting the heels of their hands on the screen as they made their selections and as a result the heel of their hands were making bogus selections. Another problem I witnessed was with folks allowing their curled under fingers to touch the screen as they would try to make their selections with their index finger.
The thing about the Georgia Machines that I liked seeing is the touch screens, they are significantly larger, and it appears that allows more separation between choices to help keep folks from accidentally making unwanted choices.
