I don't need to rebut it. My link clearly states that boarding and detaining the mariners of an unarmed vessel in international waters is piracy. It isn't the first time the IDF violated maritime law. It is you who thinks he wins arguments here, your projection notwithstanding. Perhaps you should review all the posts others have contributed refuting the lies and propaganda you post.

Maritime law, as shown, allows a nation to enforce its blockade by stopping a vessel in international waters when that vessel declares its intention is to break that blockade. (Duh, makes sense no?)

Nope. Nobody was attempting to run a blockade. Of course you have the opportunity to prove that was the intent. So go for it.

His "opinion piece" actually refutes his claim, as I noted earlier. In short, he's lying. He obviously knows nothing about international law, but everything about excusing criminal behavior. He's an enthusiastic endorser of genocide and war crimes.

I guess this justifies the illegal settlements (funny how International law is quoted when it suits Israel and ignored when it comes to the settlements) all the evictions of arabs from their homes in the West Bank and starving the non-combatants in Gaza?
